Very nasty room and hotel. Bed was stained, pee on the floor, and most of the room was not not clean at all. Had to stay one night cause there was no availability anywhere else. Checked out early and had to do a go-around just to get a refund for the second night, as it was approved by the property but they didn't leave notes, so had to call several times to get it refunded. DO NOT STAY HERE.

Not clean. AC barely worked, it ran all night to finally get to room temperature. Room was next to staircase, so was constantly woken up by the door slamming starting at 1am until 10am, 1 bath towel, 1 washcloth. Tried to call the front desk and no one answered

Nothing DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Apon arriving the bathroom sink was stopped up and was filled with water half way to the top. The stopper was set to the side of the sink(nothing was said about this to us prior) *New to us* apon arriving after hours we had to wait until the customer in front of us had called the zero number for the hotel attendant to come down to help. Took a lot then felt necessary since he’d already been trying to get ahold of someone before us. The employees AND entire first floor REEKED of weed. There was a dime size amount of soap on the tub which had not been cleaned at all. First hotel we’ve been to without shampoo, conditioner, body wash, or even soap. Through several states not just ones in Missouri. There was two wash clothes, two sad sized adult towels, and 1 SOPPING wet hand size towel that was refolded and left on the back of the toilet. Each towel was stained completely. The pillow cases had SHOE prints on them. The sheets had mud/dirt smudges all over each blanket. We were like crazy so had to get our own out the car to just lay one and be able to sleep after two showers and lotion. The tv remote/dish services were pretty rough. The volume was not going down on the tv at all and stuck at a decently loud volume. The dish channels all were labeled “not available” not showing what they were at all. Two cabinets were wide open with no doors what so ever which isn’t that big of a deal for us, but it was advertised that they had pots and pans and for people that utilities those amenities would’ve been out of luck. The floors probably has not been cleaned properly or at all in years we took two showers due to the itching from the bed in a span of 4 hours both of the bottoms of our feet were completely black by the second shower. It’s completely sticky throughout the entire floor not just a spot here and there. Our check out was as at 11. We had an alarm for 10. We snoozed it while there was ruckus in the hall.

Nothing The blood in both rooms i was moved to. The dirty floors. The unkind staff. The drugs being dealt at the hotel. The disrespectful men catcalling me. The dirty qtips all over the facility. And the lack of any cooking item or coffee and the fact I had to pay to get a new towel. It was the worst experience I've had. And I stay at hotels throughout my life frequently.

Lady at the Front Desk was extremely rude

Just the basics, mostly construction crews staying here. Bathtub didn't look like it had been cleaned in awhile.

We paid ----and the tv did not work either night they said they would fix never did smelled like body Oder in room was not offered any refund or discount no ice machine no coffee maker worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in
