Everything is well taken care of, has a heated pool, a washer and dryer and staff is very helpful, friendly, and takes care of any questions you have

The location was good The man at the reception desk was horrible. He was yelling at someone on the phone when I walked in. Said he could not take cash for their incidental fee. Talked to me like I was an idiot. Then put us in a room that had a hole in the wall. We recorded the whole room as soon as we entered and I went down to front desk and and asked him if he was aware of the hole. He looked surprised and said yes. That one employee has cost that company a possible returning customer.

Superb

Staff were friendly and helpful. Some things are out of their control but they did the best they could. I asked for a room on the 1st floor because of equipment I brought in/out daily. But room was very musty from moisture. That’s a hotel maintenance issue. Outside I could see moisture from AC unit above was responsible.

We stop there when in Springfield everyone is always nice and the property is clean, rooms are well taken care of

The facilities were good and it was clean. We had the handicap roll in shower which was good Except the floor in the shower was too slick plus the tiles outside of shower were very slick. I ended up falling and hurting my right hip, leg and knee, my butt, and chest. Luckily my wife had come in to help me when the shower was so slick or when I fell i would have also slammed my head on the floor. It was our anniversary and had plans the next day so unfortunately we didn't even go down to breakfast we left early. My wife took me to the Dr when we got home. It was a VERY UNCOMFORTABLE 4 hour ride home. Luckily no broken bones but horrible bruising. I am still walking with a walker when I am not in my wheelchair.

The crew were wonderful very helpful and personable. The pool area didn't match the picture I seen online when I reserved the room. The pool was fine but I was disappointed. I was expecting one thing but got something completely different.

Breakfast was fine. About what you might expect. The property does show its age in some areas but average overall. I like the location.

Parking was fine and the location was good for us (down the road from our daughter's apartment). But the place is old and a bit shabby. It served the purpose of a bed and shower for the night. Checkin was smooth.

For starters, the pool was nice, good water pressure in the showers and this is one of the cheapest options in the area. The down sides: There is not an elevator which was difficult for older and injured travel companions(admittedly our fault for assuming and should have booked lower level just in case). Both rooms I booked were gross. Black gunk in the ac, half of the bedding was not clean and I dont mean stains or wear over time. The floors were at most hastly vaccumed. One room had gum stuck to the front of the desk.I would like to assume i just caught this hotel on a bad week.
