The modern decor and new feeling. The air conditioning made a noise, it was annoying all night.

Location, cleanliness, facilities, little shop in lobby, security of locked doors everywhere but in front, activities available in lobby. The room was rather small, always walking over each other to get around the room. Bed was rather uncomfortable-harder than we are used to. Breakfast could have had a better selection of hot food.

Break fast was nice for the selection that was offered. The lady refilling it was pleasant one day kinda off the other. It was clean down there. Looked like a good area to be around to do the things we like to do . The shower dropped all over the floor making a mess. The pool had too much chlorine in it. Made our skin itch after we got out. The pool area had used towels all over the chairs. We used the last of the clean towels in there. Found some hair stuck to the walls in the bathroom not bad but I took care of it. There was a homeless man having a bad day outside on the street yelling at his bike when we got there. Little off putting when you just get there.

The lobby was a fun area to hang out in. Loved everything, but the bed was too firm for me and the pillows didn’t support my head.

It was clean, lots of stuff for the kids to do, lots of places to sit as a group, had breakfast included. Staff were very friendly. The only negative was the bed. It was rather hard and uncomfortable. The pillows were great, the mattress not so much.

Location was located downtown and close to other attractions. Breakfast was a great plus to our stay. We also enjoyed the indoor pool during our stay. Room size was small but efficient.
