Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Springfield Main Street

The entire place, check in office, elevator, hallways, and our room was very clean. Room was comfortable and quiet. Parking was tight and we had to park in an overflow lot next door but it was easy to get to.

A no frills stay, room was clean, and the staff was nice. We stayed only for one night. If you just need a place to stay for the night it’s perfect. It’s in a bit of an industrial/commercial area.

It was fine for what we needed, however, it wasn't great. I thought the price was too much for what it was. The location is not great, kind of dumpy area. The room is super musty. Thankfully, the windows open so I highly recommend leaving them open while you are gone from the room. Also we woke up to no power on one side of our room the last morning. On the plus side, the staff is all very kind.

Comfortable stay and clean rooms with a great pricing

The room was nice and clean. It’s just that the outside is old and right next to a weed shop and kind of in a bad location.

Stayed there for daughter's UO graduation because everything else was sold out. I have to say that I was pleasantly surprised by the place. I normally stay at hotel tiers higher than Econo lodge, but I didn't have a choice. While it's not in the greatest area, it is fine. Parked car in their lot with no problems and reasonably close to UO campus. Rooms were just fine and clean. Shower was actually pretty good. Don't expect any frills. No brekfast - but with the money you saved go splurge on a nice breakfast :)

We were delighted with our very clean room and the walk in shower was awesome. It added to a great weekend for the U OF O graduation experience!

The room was overpriced because of events nearby. It was almost 400.00 for 2 days and that's a excessive for an Econo Lodge. The parking was minimal and horrible.

The property and rooms were clean, the desk staff was very helpful. Our main problem was the odor in our room itself. It was very musty, and we tried airing it out by opening the window any time we were in the room, and also keeping the fan on all day and night. Unfortunately, the odor remained. The bed and pillows were very comfortable, and there was good water pressure in the shower. If it weren't for the odor, everything would've been great.

The room was comfortable and perfectly clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our stay.

We had to circle back after check out, realizing something had been left behind in the room. Staff was very helpful in helping us retrieving the item.

Bella went above and beyond to help me. We used booking . Com to book. They never sent the reservation to the the hotel. We were hung up on 3 times, yet Bella called them and was very stern, my guest wants to check in. They finally refunded my cc and I was able to rebook and get my room Thank you so much. If I’m ever in need I would stay with them again. Nothing.

The distance between the hotel and downtown area. Not the friendliest staff but were somewhat helpful.
