Village Inn Springfield

Room was clean with a comfortable bed. Front desk staff at check i. Was really nice and even commented that i had stayed there before. That made me feel like they valued me as a customer.

Front desk lady was super kind and helpful. Provided great insight with consideration of our kids. She cared and I could tell. Much appreciated.

Pretty shady that when an event is happening the howl/motels raise their price. Pretty sure that gouging

The parking was accessible, courtyard was nice, water bottle filler in lobby and instant oatmeal and coffee. Pretty simple and straight forward-nothing over the top-good or bad to say. Staff was helpful, but not overly friendly. Budget hotel for sure!

Nice little courtyard In common area! Perfect location to a lot of great restaurants and only miles from the big stadium for a fraction of the price of the other hotels! Definitely will stay there again!

We were in town for daughter’s track meet. Was clean and comfortable. Air conditioning was exceptional. Pillows were not great and room initially smelled musty but was clean with comfortable beds and price was great for what we were in town for.

Place was well maintained. Nice outside sitting area and although the highway is nearby the rooms were very quiet

Close to things I was there for Loud ice machine outside window and loud people getting ice talking loudly didn't matter time if evening or night as we tried to sleep.

Very helpful and friendly staff. Great restaurant right on the property. We had to stay in the area for our pet’s surgery and this was a perfectly located spot for us.

The carpet looked like a murder scene, air conditioner plugged with dander and dirt not functional, we moved out so maintenance could change unit, new unit undersized and we melted for two additional days . Beard clippings in and around sink, hair balls in the tub. Continental breakfast couldn't be cheaper or less. This place was priced like a 5 star lodge, $1440 for three nights and one day was wasted waiting of room repairs. This Inn is a single star and I could never recommend staying at that price point. We travel all over the world and this location completely sucked. Bring your own cleaner , vacuum and air conditioner and do not offer more than $20/night to stay there. Disappointing as hell.

Only hotel we could find to go to Oregon graduation. No breakfast, check-in discouraged having your room serviced during stay, prucescwewe jacked up due to shortage of hotel rooms in the area. You could see the outside around the room door. It's just old and needs some work.

The property was very outdated & smelled musty & of old smoke. The AC unit did not work in 2 separate rooms but the staff was amazing & made sure to get us in a room that did have a working AC! It took two moves but the third room was finally a win!

Everyone was extremely friendly and seemed at home. The landscaping was wonderful and showed care for the property.

Every other hotel was booked; this was the only available accommodation. Would not have booked if there was any other option. The beds were uncomfortable, the staff seemed unhappy, and the building was older and worn. The next day we checked into a hotel 45 minutes away just to avoid staying there another night.
