In the busy season, I got the accommodation in a reasonable cost, near the place for my work-place. The property is good, green but an old one in need of some good maintenance. the plumbing leaks should be attended on priority. the large chairs in the room should be replaced with settees. there should be cloth hanger hooks in the room and bathroom.

Nothing liked & I hated completely This is one of the worst property I stayed in srinagar. Horrible manager & staff rude behavior No hot water, towels,soap,tooth paste Moreover they threaten you..pl do not stay in this property - you will regret forever.

Hospitality. Staff was courteous. Our interaction with hotel owner was very pleasing. Sound of people walking on room just above our roof was annoying.

Abbas who is one of the staff is good, he tried his best to make us survive that property. Worst experience if you compare the price paid for a oyo property listed in booking.com. Next day, i got call from manager to pay full amount in advance else rooms might not be booked, I paid the price in advance. Confusion started day one as property mentioned early check-in from 12 midnight, I recieved the confirmation over email as well. Now pointed by manager that staff might not be available at midnight, so discussed with him that I can come early by 9 pm and if this requires us to pay some money will pay. Even 5 star property charges fraction of amount upto 4 hrs of early checking but manger demanded me full one day amount. We got a shady room on top floor where faulty electric blanket was provided. There was no hot water in bathroom, we managed on the condition that next day will get room for which we paid. Next day around 1pm we got breakfast and got the room and after log of discussion we had to pay 2k extra for early check-in, if this was well explained we would have delayed our early checkin. New room had issue with water in the bathroom, so we had to use another room for water. We left for local site seeing and when we were back they moved us without asking to another room stating that bathroom is not working in that room. So we were adamant not to play this game, in 1 hour water started flowing. Now comes the problem of electricity, most of time lights were going on and off and next day we again struggled to get hot water in morning, used our drinking water for brush. Last day of visit was also pathetic, we simply requested for boiled egg in dinner as their serving speed is too slow, we got them served after 2 hours. Requested for hot water then one hotel staff told will not be able to give now because they are busy, rather than blasting them I simply used the kitchen nearby get warm water. this was nail in coffin, we checkout next day at 9 am only, paid off the price. I have lost trust even with booking.com for listing such property.
