Great service

People here like to drink a lot and so it was very noisy all hours of the night. The hotel itself was good. Not a ton of room at the pool. The Tiki bar area was nice and there was live music on Saturday.

Very clean room and pool. All staff was extremely friendly. Kudos to older male bartender inside the restaurant! Made the BEST Pina Colada Ive had in a while. See yall next summer

Room had a musty smell. No exhaust fan in bathroom. Pool was great beach access great and service at the pool shack perfect. Restaurant food so/so and we were ignored when coming in for dinner during music bingo!

Rooms are not clean

We loved this resort! I went with my 11 year old daughter. We loved our balcony with the ocean view, relaxing by the pool with live music, and being able to rent an umbrella chair set up for the beach making it so easy. It was a short drive to the Old City of St Augustine. Highly recommend!

The staff is always very helpful too.

This is a very basic hotel on the ocean. The beach in front of the place is meticulously maintained and lovely. The food in the Santiago was somewhat limited in choices per meal, but excellent. The rooms are very clean and basic. While the staff was professional, none of them exactly went out of their way to make this stay special. If you don’t go expecting The Four Seasons, it’s a great little find.

Nice hotel, clean with pleasant staff.

This is our 2nd time staying in this location. Great staff. Nice and helpful. The place was clean. Normal wear and tear. The pool is a good size. 24/7 gym. Landry room. Vending machines available. Restaurant inside. Picnic tables and mini fire pit. Great for families. On the beach. Breakfast is NOT included. Definitely will be staying again.

The bed was very comfortable. Our bathroom shower could have used some updated caulking and the sink drain was very slow. Overall, it was a nice stay.

We had a fabulous stay at Guy Harvey — truly great as always. The staff was incredibly friendly and courteous, the food was delicious, and Chase and Lucas made our time at the tiki bar extra fun. This has become our go‑to family vacation spot, and every visit reminds us why we keep coming back. We’ve thought about trying other hotels, but nothing compares to the comfort, consistency, and joy we find here. Thank you for providing such a wonderful place for families to relax and reconnect.

The resort was great. Nice pool, tiki bar, beach towels, good access to the beach with a rinse off area. The common areas were very nice. The room wasn't as clean as I would like. There was rust in the tub and it needed some repairs, chipped paint/woodwork, and the first blanket that was on my kids' bunk bed had holes in it. They happily brought another blanket but the bunk beds sheets/blankets weren't made in the first place so the first thing I had to do upon arriving was make the beds. Overall, it was a decent stay.

I do not normally write a rebuttal but I have to say the staff was exceptional! They would stop what they were doing if you needed help with a door , a pet , a luggage cart. Always polite. I would not even give a second thought to staying there again. Number one in my book
