Chalet Motel

Room (queen suite) was spacious, clean, and had a nice kitchen. The bed and pillows were average comfort. While the kitchen had a nice fridge, range and microwave, it had zero utensils, plates, or even paper towels. If you want to use the kitchen, bring your own utensils.

Loved the location. Room was really nice for the great price I got it for. Quiet. Loved the kitchen.

Check in and check out, staff checked on concern AC was taking longer to cool whole room, but eventually got it to be comfortable enough.

Overall a nice place to rest for the night passing through. It was clean and cared for. There were signs posted everywhere for various things. It was a bit much but its ok we will stay again!

Room was great! New look and feel. Staff was helpful. Only down was the construction on the balcony. Was unsightly and slightly disturbing in the morning. But we did sleep in. Once that is completed it would be great. I will return.

The property was comfortable, and convenient. It is little old but maintained. The internet was a little slow, and unfortunately I was put in the unit right by the main road which was noisy. The staff were helpful and did a good job. Parking is close and easy.

This is the second time my daughter and I have stayed here.It is in a clean and safe appearing area of town. Convenient access to keys. Clean room. Plenty of hot water. Very nice little patio area with large fish pond.

Quiet place near downtown. We were notified to self check in but when we arrived, someone was there and helped us. It seemed fairly straightforward. The kitchen is nice and more than adequate. Bikes are not allowed in the rooms and no pets. Our room (2nd floor, near the back of the office) was quiet and dark at night. The property is small and older but the rooms were well kept and clean. Overall a pleasant stay.

Ease of checking in. Location is good. The room has a little kitchenette. Bed is comfy. Lots of wear and tear in the rooms. Room wasn't very clean had lots of hair in bathroom and was pushed behind the door. Pretty gross. Ive stayed there many times but it seems to be going downhill a bit. Rooms need updating, smell old, and a little better cleaning. They use to always be super clean but just kinda seems a bit run down now which makes me sad because I really like staying there. Hopefully some good changes will be coming.

Check in was a little tricky. The office was closed on a saturday afternoon.

We like that that 2 beds were private from each other. Also, the room was nice and cool. The bed was comfortable and the shower spray was wonderful. The office was always closed. The manager needs to work on her customer service

i have stayed here 4 years ago and enjoyed my experience. however, the messages leading up to our recent stay were concerning. they did not feel genuine at all, and more like damage control, so I was already scared to interact with the staff before even getting there. i don’t understand why someone so rude still works there? lucky me - staff wasn’t in the office. i understand having a medical issue and needing to step away, that is not the problem. but i had found out that my reservation was cancelled after checking my messages, which were sent to me while i was making the 4 hour drive to st. george so of course i didn’t see them. we chose a pay when we check in option, didn’t see anything that said they try to take the payment the night before. which is not what we chose anyway. it’s probably a wise investment to look into hiring someone with good customer service skills, as i will not be staying here again. i am not some rich jerk who is entitled. i’ve worked in customer service my whole adult life and genuinely try to be a kind understanding human, which is why i know this service was unacceptable. thank you for reading my feedback!
