This was a perfect hole in the wall. A+ For budget friendly with breakfast and a pool/hot tub. Long term motel residents were super friendly and helpful.

The rooms were clean and it was great to have a kitchenette! No hot tub and the breakfast only had three options (toast, cereal, or waffles). The lobby where you check in was not very clean.

The bedding was dirty with cigarette burns in the sheets and comforter, the sink was full of bugs and the dim lighting hids the dirty floors. The office personnel blatantly ignored the problem and instead responded with a boastful attitude that "we couldn't find any where cheaper" I wasn't looking for cheap. I had previous memories, years ago, when it used to be a charming place under a different ownership. Don't stay here.

I would rate this as a decent two-star hotel for the following reasons: Parking right in front of your room, adequate size room with hard floors, Good location very affordable. I make my own breakfast so I can't speak about the free breakfast but I heard that it was included with the room. This is one of the older motels in St. George. The beds are a little firm for me. If you're looking to impress your wife or girlfriend, you might want to move up to a three star. But if you're looking for a reasonably priced motel and you're not too picky about beds, this place is a good choice.
