A great location!

Honestly all things considered we could have delt with almost anything but had to review to report back on the most unpleasant experience about the hotel was the maids they were having a meeting in front of our room which was in front of the elevator while their vacuum was being ran in the hallway for no reason at 9:00am was upsetting! We were trying to let our son who was sleeping in the reason for the hotel since he had a late baseball game and got into the hotel late, sleep but we were checking out that day. So I guess the maids figured that a loud conversation in Spanish and a vacuum cleaner running at the same time would be helpful to get us moving along so they could clean the room would help with getting us out of there. Definitely haven’t ever experienced this before felt rushed to leave the room earlier than we needed to but noted for next trip if we have an early morning game or late game we should choose a different hotel that won’t rush us out of the room early. We will let other baseball travel players know so that they can avoid issues. We enjoyed our visit up until the loud conversation and vacuum cleaner noise! Just beware on check out days the vacuum and loud conversations to move you along! Message taken!

Friendly staff and it was quiet.

The staff were great, the pillows need an upgrade! The pillows were too flat for an adult.

Our early morning check in was met with a very friendly staff member. The room was comfortable and clean. Slept great and grabbed a good cup of coffee before hitting the road again.

The bathroom kitchen and bed were very clean. The carpet had some large dark stains and was also in rough shape. The couch had many large and small stains. Some of the cushions were not in the best shape, the foam was wearing out. It wouldn’t take much to bring the carpet and couch up to the level of the rest of the room. And yet there were lovely glass glasses and mugs. It had a kind of swankness about it. The small shelves next to each side of the bed could not fit my CPAP machine on it and the one outlet had only one half of the outlet available and that was for the bed lights so I had to pull it out so I could use my CPAP machine. That also meant I couldn’t charge my phone as well.

Worth the money. Pool and hot tub were great

The room was spacious except for the bathroom area which was cramped. No kettle for the stove and I asked front desk n not sure if there is any to give to those who asked of if there is a certain amount of kettles n they were all giving out. At least the front desk let me take the hot water from the tea area but this is unhelpful for longer trips like I took. Especially when there is a stove in the room. Only one ice maker in the hotel n if other softball family’s staying in the hotel…this was bad during nationals as I went to fill my kids flasks n it ran out of ice. Also I checked out 16 days ago n the $100 hold was dropped but just charged again on my credit card last night. Not sure if this will be a problem but for those using a debit card this might. If the charge stays on I will be disputing it but I hope not. If not, next nationals I will try a different hotel.

The hotel and rooms were clean, pools and hot tub very comfortable. Double bedroom suite was spacious. Walking distance from shopping and restaurants.

I enjoyed the amenities, beautiful pool area that was clean and hot tub worked great! Washer and dryer take coins easy to use. Breakfast was delicious. Room was spacious and comfortable. Easy parking and in a great location nearby shopping centers. Not as updated and modern, but was decent. Room had interesting smell when arrived but fresh air helped ventilate through week. First floor was noisy next to pool and from upstairs stomping but expected and nothing intolerable.
