What was there not to like?! Ollie and Angela are exceptional hosts with a lovely property in all respects. Breakfast was a gourmet affair, thanks to Ollie. Angela was most helpful arranging taxis and offering other advice.

Everything exceeded our expectations, the facility was beautiful, the breakfast was outstanding, the room was sooo comfortable and the shower was incredible! Great location and very friendly, welcoming and helpful host!n Nothing!

Hands down, the best breakfast of our trip, possibly of my life. The owner makes breakfast to order and it is just over the top. Nothing! The sitting room might have been a bit bigger because the three of us kind of filled it up. But it was cozy and lovely for us.

The staff were so accommodating and excellent ! Check in was smooth. The bar and the restaurant were delightful ! Cain was an excellent server. nothing !

Incredibly nice furniture. Huge bathroom with best Beauty products ever. Incredibly fancy breakfast. Wonderful hosts. Delicious coffee. Fresh flowers everywhere. Sweets in the evening. Wonderful Experience - We did not want to leave!!! Little bit pricey, but absolutely worth it!

Absolutely love it. We had a great time there. Beautiful room and nice breakfast. Everything is perfect.

Very intimate accommodation, only 6 rooms. Hosts were super attentive - nothing too much trouble at breakfast. Small touches like umbrellas are available for free to borrow. Parking at station - had to wait 20 mins for a space. Cheaper to pay for 24 hours than have hosts reserve - if you can cope with waiting. Would defo stay here again in ever in St Ives

The attention to detail and extra effort the hosts made, the decor, the fabulous breakfast and the central location. Neals Yard products were also a lovely touch! Found duvet to be a bit hot, kept windows open but then found this to be a bit noisy with foot traffic.

Wow this place was amazing From the moment we walked in it took our breath away. Beautifully decorated, meticulously clean, well positioned, fabulous views and wonderful Hosts Angela and Oliver are fantastic hosts and made our stay very special. The attention to detail was outstanding from the beautiful breakfast every morning and the little sweets in the evening. They are very knowledgeable about the area and gave us many recommendations We stayed in room 6 and I cannot recommend it highly enough Thank you so much Angela and Oliver we will be back again someday
