Breathtaking views! You’re right in front of the ocean and waking up to that is priceless. Breakfast was amazing, great selection, very generous and tasty. The restaurant faces the sea as well. The bedroom was cosy but a bit small, and the double bed was a bit small for two people.

Fantastic view of the beach. Binoculars provided to look across the bay and out to sea. Excellent selection of cooked breakfasts. Mini fridge for the milk. Fluffy robes provided in the room. Air-conditioning. Our car suffered a bump in the carpark. I think that's an occupational hazard of taking a car to any Cornish coastal town. Absolutely not the hotel's fault, and the staff were very helpful about it. One odd thing was that the staff left the bedside lights on, each time they made up the room. Hardly a complaint, just a puzzle.

Our room was clean, comfortable and had all the usual tea, coffee making facilities. Breakfast was plentiful, well-cooked, using quality ingredients. The water pressure was not great in our room but that was out of the hotels control i guess.

Excellent location in walking distance of beach and town centre. Very clean, rooms were superb. Lovely dining room/bar area and seating area in the garden.

Brilliant location with parking. Our room was clean and bed comfortable but we didn't like being in the basement. Our view was restricted due to the cars and road and difficult to ventilate the bathroom.

Location just outside the main drag in St Ives and next to train station .friendly staff . Water pressure in shower very poor and cups in room had no handles so hard to hold with hot drinks..

Absolutely loved the view from my room and the fantastic food I had while there. There was such beautiful art around the property and it was beautifully decorated. At the time they had a problem with the alarm. Couldn’t be helped but the one during the night was very unsettling.
