Beautiful house, really well presented and spotlessly clean and in a really good location. I didn’t find anything I didn’t like

The whole place is beautifully maintained and decorated. Our room was a smaller room(we knew at time of booking) but was completely functional and spotlessly clean, shower was great too. The dining room is bright and airy and again beautifully decorated and spotless. The view from our window looked straight over the bay . We honestly cannot fault this place, the owners or the fabulous breakfast. We have absolutely zero dislikes about this guest house

Top location short walk to town centre and harbour area breakfasts were great full English with plenty of other options onsight parking as well easy access to rail and bus services room was great large and clean also a great shower Tracey was an excellent host with great local knowledge all in all a great place to stay if we ever go back to St Ives will definitely stay here again The only small thing is there's no petrol station in St Ives you have to go to Erth the next town

Rivendell is run by a wonderful couple with views of the sea and within walking distance to many sandy beaches and St Ives.Your room has a double bed, shampoo, shower gel, towels and flannels too. Each day your coffee and tea is topped up. Full English breakfast and other choices too. I can’t recommend it highly enough. We will be back Might have been nice to have something to hang swimming stuff on after a day at the beach.

Spotlessly clean, beautiful decor, lovely host and perfect breakfast. The bay window, sea view room was the best. Walk back from the sea front up two hills.

Tracey was very welcoming. Our room was lovely and clean. The guest house felt very relaxing. Bed was comfortable, had some good night sleeps. Breakfast was delicious. There was absolutely nothing to dislike.

Great breakfast with wide choice. Tracy is a super friendly, hospitable host. The room was a little small for two people.
