Staff, cleaninnes, food, facilities Location, but thats not hotels fault

Blackout curtains, good shower pressure, central location Pool was too cold and overcrowded, not enough elevators for traffic, no notification that indoor pool was closed, bad lighting in bathroom, checkout too long, unsteady air conditioning in room

I did not find this warning before anywhere that the hotel is in the middle of the local party scene and the windows do not block the noise. First night was impossible to sleep before we asked to change the room and were then given earplugs instead.

The hotel is beautiful and the staff is extremely friendly. I was on the 7th floor and still the level of noise was insane. Extremely lound music from the discos and bars next to the hotel every single day of the week until 4am. The only way to enjoy this hotel is if you are planning to go out every night. Otherwise it is really difficult to enjoy your staying. Even with all windows closed, it felt like I was in the middle of the club every night - I don't know how people can sleep in here.

What I liked most about H Hotel & Spa in Malta was its modern and luxurious atmosphere. The rooftop infinity pool and beautiful sea views made the experience feel very relaxing and special. I also enjoyed the spa facilities and the adults-only environment, which gave the hotel a calm yet stylish vibe. The location was perfect because it was close to the beach, restaurants, and nightlife. Overall, the hotel offered a great mix of comfort, entertainment, and luxury What I did not like about H Hotel & Spa in Malta was that it could sometimes feel a bit noisy, especially around the rooftop area when events or music were happening. The hotel has a very modern and lively style, which may not suit people looking for complete peace and quiet. Some areas, like the pool, could also get crowded during peak times. The prices for food, drinks, and extras felt quite high compared to nearby places. Overall, it wasn’t ideal if you were looking for a very calm or budget-friendly stay.

I liked everything about the hotel

Kind, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, varied, very tasty food, very good SPA, cleanliness in the room and everywhere in the hotel, minibar with everything, close to the sea and restaurants and bars

Beautiful hotel. Most of the staff were friendly. Central location. WARNING! If you want a quiet night's sleep, this is not the hotel. The thunderous music from the bars below can be heard and felt in this hotel. I inquired, the first morning, if there was the possibility of moving to a quieter room. The front desk man told me " you are in the room you reserved" then was looking at the computer and then around the room then turned and started talking to a man the two other employees were talking to. I walked away. I have never been disrespected like this before. Two other guests saw this and followed me outside and said they were having the same problem. I spoke with tour guides and restaurant workers and other guests who all agreed this was a very bad hotel if you need a quiet night's rest. That day, my room was not attended to. The third day there was a card under the door stating I had turned my do not disturb light on so they didn't clean. The fourth day the room was neatened but there was still no shower gel in the container and my travel hoodie was missing from the top of my locked suitcase. Two young ladies, a police lady and a teacher, staying there told me the felt someone was watching them and didn't feel safe so they propped the ironing board against the door. A man from London said he felt like someone was "watching" him as well "like there are cameras in the rooms". Checking out, the attendant asked if my stay was good. I told him about my experience. He said, "our website mentions the noise". He also said they can't control the music from the nightclubs in the bottom of the hotel. I told him most of the nightclubs are owned by the same people as the hotel so, yes, you could control this. He said they have a list and found if I wanted to find my hoodie. I told him it wasn't lost, it was stolen from the room. I couldn't afford to move and pay for another hotel so I slept on the tour busses and for a few hours in the evenings. Horrible experience.

The smell from outside the window was awful from the kitchen pipes, and there was no light coming fromthe window

Simply exceptional ! We got an upgrade to the Premium Suite for a standard price which had a hot tub in the room and an amazing terrace as well which also had a Jacuzzi with a crazy view. We had no issues with the noise from the amazing clubs below as it was on the 6th floor. The clubs as usual were buzzing even in January ! We had the best weekend. Spa was amazing as well but multiple options of Sauna, steam , emotional shower , silent room. We had the H burger to cure the hangover at 2am and some sheesha + cocktails + club hopping which had 1+1 drinks offseason. All these were below the Hotel itself at St Juan. Beach was empty as offseason but we'll definitely come back during peak season to enjoy the sun. They couldve kept prices for minibar in the room and items as as expected they were not cheap. Peanuts was 3 euros. We didnt try anything else.

On the third night, the hot tub in my room broke

Location was great, very kind and helpful staff. The room was so clean, and we had everything we needed. The noise from the outside during the night.

I loved the location, very close to stores and bars. The shower had lots of mold and left an odd smell in the room.

Great breakfast options. Attentive staff always asking if they can clear your plates. Very loud area until 5am.

Location and comfort of the hotel were obviously a plus, also it was very sound proof. not a single noise from outside. Room was too dark and with a very small window. No natural light and the furniture and wall paint were mainly black. You can imagine the result. Breakfast was poor in terms of options and service quality. A bit too tacky maybe the furniture but that it's a matter of taste.
