2 minute walk to the beach side makes this location brilliant for a morning swim The air-condition was hard to control. Either a bit too chill or a bit too warm, but it was working so we adjusted.

Loved the location! Noise outside at all hours, and broken handle on balcony

Great spacious room. Everything was perfect. Staff very friendly and the breakfast was good.

Great location, amazing rooftop pool with fantastic views, and a wonderful overall experience. What impressed us most was the outstanding staff. Everyone was friendly, professional, and helpful throughout our stay. Special thanks to Nirmala Raut, Hom, Shipon, and Till, as well as the entire reception, pool, and housekeeping teams, for their exceptional service and warm hospitality. We felt genuinely welcomed at every moment and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Malta. Nothing

The noise from the nearby bars and clubs was terrible, making it hard to fall asleep. All the staff were wonderful, except at check-in, when two girls at reception were laughing and glancing at each other, which gave the impression they were laughing at us.

Great breakfast - good variety and quality. Helpful and pleasant staff. Room was comfortable, great shower. The rooftop pool is nice, but the blaring music from the bar ruined the atmosphere. We were put in a very loud room, and were moved to a room where drilling was going on every morning from 8am til after 6pm in the evening. So no opportunity to relax in the room in the mornings/midday, as the noise was awful. Also, couldn't sunbathe on the balcony as there was no sun. The rooms with sea view aren't facing the sun, so sunloungers are pointless. The indoor pool had no staff present, and it was messy whenever I went (no towels, very wet changing rooms, too slippery and dangerous). Didn't feel particularly safe as it's in a secluded part of the hotel with no one around. Considering the high price of the rooms, it did not live up to expectations.

The location is excellent: very easy to reach from the airport using public transportation, and the hotel sits right in the heart of St. Julian’s, surrounded by many shops and restaurants. I had booked a room with a balcony, expecting a sea or street view, but I was surprised to find a high concrete wall—over two meters tall—blocking the entire view. When I raised the issue, I was informed that the hotel was fully booked. Two days later, I was moved to a smaller room with a sea view, but it was extremely noisy due to the large number of nearby bars. The next morning, the bathroom drain became blocked and the room flooded. After reporting it again, I was moved to a third room with a balcony. It was small, but definitely better than the first two. To their credit, the hotel management handled the situation professionally and sent a bottle of champagne as an apology. The staff were consistently respectful, responsive, and quick to act on any request or complaint. The hotel itself is modern, the bed was very comfortable, and the breakfast selection was varied and of very good quality. I genuinely wanted to give this hotel a 10/10, but due to the room issues, I believe 8/10 is a fair rating. I do recommend the hotel—as long as you choose the room type carefully, since that was the main challenge during my stay. Maintenance Wall in balcony

Perfect location in St Julian’s, close to shops and good food options, staff were very friendly and accommodating (made sure to check on us daily), clean rooms with comfy beds, hotel breakfast had plenty of options including halal on request, cannot fault it, thank you! N/A

The pool bar closed early because it was off season

Everything was good I am an agent who always books the hotel. For the price it’s one of the best hotels in Malta but there is a new manager new stuff which they are really terrible I think I won’t go again for this reason Worst stuff ever

We had booked breakfast for all days of our stay. Since we were scheduled to leave the hotel at 5:30 AM on the final day, we requested a takeaway breakfast in advance and clearly mentioned that we do not eat meat. This request was made five days prior. However, at 5:30 AM, the breakfast was not ready as agreed. It was only prepared at 6:45 AM, which was far too late for us. Additionally, the breakfast was not packed in any bag, making it inconvenient to carry. More importantly, it included meat products, which we had specifically asked to avoid, so we were unable to eat it. This reflects a clear lack of planning and attention to guest requests, especially considering that the request was made well in advance. It was a disappointing end to an otherwise pleasant stay.

It was hot the ac was not working a lot and we didnt have a balcony

The hotel staff was very kind, polite and responsive. We had some issues with the noise level coming from the street during the first night and upon our request they immediately reacted with moving us to a higher floor and much better room, so we got comfortable with the noise. The new room was really spacious and with a partial sea view which we really enjoyed during our stay! We would expect a bit more in regards of cleanliness. For instance the windows were dirty blur, so the nice sea view was not in full to be experienced
