Love the staff and location Rooms look more likely like star hotel, but nothing to complain.

Everything was perfect

Everything is good.

Value for the price and rating ?? Nothing, i just hoped that there are facilities for muslim girls who want to swim privately

Very spacious standard room and kept tidy every single day. The breakfasts and room service were spot on. The view from the roof terrace was quite stunning too.

The location of the hotel is in the middle of all the night clubs which we didn’t realise so it can be a bit of a walk to find a nice place to eat. However, the hotel is really well sound proofed so it doesn’t cause any issues with noise.

Friendly staff (Ms Pushpa). She was very helpful.

The idea of room credit was new to me. Apparently there was no way to put anything on a room tab because I was supposed to make a deposit first or something I don't know... There was no toilet brush in the bathroom; They didn't refil our drinking water and there was no mini bar or room service (may be this is hotel policy like the room credit). And the rooftop pool area could use some development because right now it feels a bit empty and cheap

The staff were very helpful and accommodating. They were able to organise a late check out for me. I enjoyed the pool in the basement but sadly the outdoor pool was not available. Outdoor pool closed. The area was a bit busy for me and not near a beach where I could swim. Lots of chains for food and drink whereas I prefer local family owned businesses.

Perfect. Lovely staff, very comfortable room, balcony the right size to enjoy some laid-back tea or coffee on it. All the amenities one might need, didn't need to ask for anything extra.

Very friendly staff, rich breakfast spacious rooms very helpful with our early morning checkout , with some snacks included. Nothing, just that it is a bit far from Valletta.

We had a wonderful time in the hotel.

We had a truly high-level experience at this hotel. The food was amazing, both at breakfast and lunch; the restaurant team is clearly operating at the top of their game. The real strength of this property, however, is the incredible team. From the warm reception to the meticulous cleaning ladies, and from the talented kitchen staff to the friendly bartender—everyone is just wonderful. We even had the chance to meet the lovely Graziela from marketing, who took the time to have a wonderful chat with us. The entire staff is dedicated to providing the best possible experience and constantly goes the extra mile. Highly recommended! While the hotel is 10/10, the spa (which is independently managed) was a disappointment. We paid €258 for a couple's massage (55 mins each), but the service fell short of the price point. The session started late at 6:20 PM and finished at 7:05 PM, meaning we lost 10 minutes of the treatment we paid for. Furthermore, while the therapists were very kind, they were constantly distracted and busy with other tasks during the massage rather than focusing on the treatment. It lacked the relaxation and 'premium feel' that the rest of the hotel provides. The spa receptionist was excellent, but the treatment itself did not match the high standards of the property.

It was a pleasant stay and good service that we are used to getting from Hyatt. Discounted breakfast, friendly Lorenzo (I hope I got the name right) at the reception desk and big comfortable bed. Wish there was a brush for the toilet seat (for obvious reasons). There was green and black tea in the room, but some more soothing non-caffeinated teas like mint or chamomile would be a good choice too. The cotton buds we used first day were not replaced for the rest of the stay. I have not addressed my issues except for the tea, so it’s reasonable that the staff did not know about it. When I asked for tea, they helped immediately and this is why I am leaving all positive scores. Problem resolution was quick and efficient which makes me want to come back.

Nice à la carte selection. Would have liked to have freshly pressed orange juice
