The water was coming out from the bathtub in the bedroom(Photo attached) Missing dent KIT Noisy area, lots of constructions. We arrived very late 12am, staff should be more polite& welcomer.not very helpful

Need to check the cleanliness of the balcony, dusty and extremely sandy, you can't provide guests such kind of rooms, the bathroom floor was not vaccummed , floor full of nails and hair...on another note, construction site with heavy drilling early morning in front the hotel....

It is a clean, updated modern facility that can't accommodate both families and couples, with ease. While it's location is central, the building itself is somewhat land locked, and the views are quite limited, but they have made the most of what they got, it seems. While the staff is friendly and very accommodating, there REALLY needs to be a separate desk for a concierge. The very clear questions I was asking, were politely responded to, but at a very surface and obvious level. Yes, individuals can use their iPhone and many other resources to get around; however, my expectation for a Hyatt property would be to have a specialist on site to help people make the most of their day.

Breakfast is fine. The kitchen should have been quicker. Staffs are excellent. Inside the room, there is no cloth cabinet, it is of critical importance albeit.

Good location and nice looking, very big, stylish room with comfortable, big bed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a nice variety of food, although the quality of some items seemed to change day by day. Overall, we've had a pleasant stay. The Jacuzzi wasn't working when we were there, and building works were being undertaken in the pool area, so there was constant banging every time we went for a swim.

The breakfast was exceptional, and I highly recommend you wake up and go to it. I was using the indoor pool every day, which was great as the weather was tricky. A big plus for that. It is close to the clubs, but not that close, so the noise would not be upsetting, just the perfect distance, close to Valletta. I used an Uber for traveling as it was a low cost, and if you are 3-4 persons defintly worth it. The rooms are "cozy" and are designed with great taste.

Hamza and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was in a great location, the rooms were beautifully decorated and clean. We would definitely recommend this hotel.
