Location.. right in the middle of downtown action within 5-10 walk That they didn't have 220 V plug sockets. British plug in. Needed an adapter. Balcony wasn't so clean due to the construction work right outside your windows.

Very noisy construction next to this hotel, starts 7am every day.
-
Great location and good service A little bit of noise from the bar across on Friday night.

Great location. The room was spacious with lots of places for luggage and clothing. Bed was very comfortable. Bathroom had plenty of towels. Restaurant had very loud music. We could not talk across the table. Menu descriptions were misleading/confusing causing us to order something we could not eat. Went there once for appetizers. Never again.

Room was spacious and clean. Lots of storage space and space for luggage. Comfortable bed. Good room temperature. We tried the onsite restaurant but did not go back. First, it was so noisy with loud music (not live music) we could not talk to each other across the table. Menu was a problem as the description did not equal the meal - due to strange identification of what it was. We only had appetizers but that was enough to let us know to search for meals elsewhere.

The design, the premises, the room and the bathroom A little loud in the evenings but not too bad

Really good hotel exceptional staff really hygenic Nothing it was amazing

The bathroom was strange. The shower cubicle was HUGE but the rest of the bathroom was so small you had to squeeze past the toilet to get out of the shower

Great location to get to Sliema and Valetta even using public transport or Bolt/Uber. Staff were lovely and helpful and very accommodating. Room and bathroom both were spacious and beds were comfortable. Pool was also nice and plenty of space near to chill after checkout with snacks and lunch options from 12. Mini fridge was great nice surprise. Soundproofing was good in our room as we still heard some of the party noise but once the balcony door was closed it was fine. There was jack hammering from 8am in the neighbouring property which we were not informed about - although the hotel cannot do much about this, it should have been disclosed and we should have had something to compensate for it. Even a small gesture like a drink etc. It was so loud that it woke us up and during breakfast we could not hold a conversation. Breakfast - no gluten free options or milk free for those with intolerances. Orange juice was squash and no variety for another choice. The air-con kept switching off after couple of hours, and on our last day the cool option was turned off and only heat/cool option was available. I had to call to reception to ask for cool to be back so we could pack up in a cooler room. Bathroom had issues - water in our room was not going down or slowly going down in the sink and shower too. TV kept freezing up and for couple of days it was not working. Internet - open wifi is not secure enough to use by guests this day and age it is easy to hack someone. We refrained from using wifi altogether. We also found there was plenty of room but no furniture to sit on apart from 1 chair at the desk and one outside the balcony. Sofa or armchair would have been lovely.

The breakfast was good but they had the very same things every day. Perhaps after a few days they could have a different variety of fruits and vegetables, yogurt, etc., instead of the exact same things. St. Julian's, where the hotel is located is very busy and there's lots if construction going on. Luckily, the hotel isn't right in the middle of all the clubs. There is a club/bar near by and I was lucky enough to get a room on the backside of the hotel and didn't hear the noise at night. However, a coupe of people I met from Gate1 complained of the noise.

Great location within walking distance to the beach. Being in St Julian’s, it’s a lively party area with nearby bars attracting teenagers and tourists, but we didn’t hear any noise from our room. The breakfast spread was decent, and the room was clean, well-maintained, and odor-free. Note: parking is paid.
