Its clean and staff are nice It was too hot in the room, tried calling to remove the heather but they couldnt do anything

In our there was not terase and only small window.

I liked the vibe of the hotel. It was clean and the staff was nice. I didn't like the buffet for breakfast. Always the same and I was there nearly a whole week. If some stays more, that would get old quickly. Also, watery scrambled eggs.. There was one more thing that nobody mentioned anywhere, the noise from outide was annoying especially is the windows are open. Sunce I went in november I didnt keep thw windows open non stop but in the peak season that would bw such a problem for me. It was probably my mistake also for booking a hotel in the center of the party but I didn't know it would be noise dureng the night and during the day. During the day, there was construction and night there was people yelling outside, sittin the steps across the street from the hotel and yelling pretty much whole night.

Location and room space That minibar at room wasn't available. That during the day if stayed at lobby the service for coffee or drinks was not functional

It’s close to bus stations, small beach, shops and restaurants. It is modern equipped. We didn’t know the pool is not in the same building so we had to walk to an other one. Staff is nice and polite. The air conditioner blew straight into the bed and we woke up stiff and we couldn’t stop it, also the air flow is not adjustable. In front of the hotel is always full of drunk teenagers because there are discos around and the street is really dirty. Breakfast was poor, cheap products, same every day.

Even though the breakfast selection was the same every day, you had some choices. You don't leave the table hungry. The location is great, close to bus lines, shopping areas, various ethnic restaurants. There are also two grocery stores on the street. The pool is on the terrace of the building next to the hotel. The pool is like a beach club, they serve food and drinks - great cocktails. Basic sun loungers (+towels) are free - soft sun loungers by the pool are for an additional fee of €10 The hotel staff is friendly and helpful. The view from our balcony wasn't really pleasant - a construction site, abandoned buildings or buildings under renovation. But, since you're only in the room to sleep, we didn't miss the view. A little more attention to cleaning the shower stalls because mold is accumulating.

Breakfast was fresh and delicious! Staff at breakfast and front desk were so exceptionally friendly! I would definitely stay here again. Mattress could have been better.

The one recommendation I have is to make it clearer that room type "Queen Double Internal No Balcony" actually means that the room has no window. It seems misleading. Thankfully, reception staff was very helpful and upgraded my room to a very nice room with balcony for the price difference.

The room is comfortable. The view from the room was on an abandoned building it was full of dust that was going in the room and that wasnt very pleasing. And your towels dont smell fresh.

A mazing location, really clean, great breakfast, they thought of everything

The first room I got was very loud during the day (construction work next door - drilling all day long). The stuff was helpful and the next day I got a room on the other side of the hotel and it was perfectly quiet. Breakfast: Very basic breakfast. Same every day. Scramble egg was a joke - looked nothing like a scramble egg - more like couscous. There is a guy on who takes orders for fried eggs and fried eggs only, why not e.g. omlette? Swimming pool only in the summer. Closed in April (on booking.com - the profile photo is swimming pool!) No gym or any other facilities.

The accommodation was excellent – the rooms were clean, the staff was polite, and the location was outstanding, with everything within walking distance. Breakfast was satisfactory, offering a variety of options to suit different preferences. I highly recommend this place!
