The darkness of the entrance in front of the lift. Also, maybe 24 hours open reception would be a plus.

I really enjoyed my stay at JL Hotel. The staff were incredibly nice and helpful, the hotel was very clean, and the area felt very safe. It’s also in a great location—close to everything you need. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Malta.

AC is not working good, the lights infront of elevator are not bright, no staff is after 8pm

The toilet in our room had a very bad smell that was coming out of it like something was wrong with the pipes. The bathroom and the bedroom were only separated by a glass door which had some spaces on it so the smell from the toilet was entering the bedroom which was very unpleasant.

Possibility to leave luggage after checkout, also that they have at least one European plug in the room, also conditioning in the room. 1) everywhere for almost everything - lots of fines, feels unwelcome 2) some of the staff could be a bit more welcoming 3) black corridors - feels like a night club or gets a wrong feeling about the place However, nothing completely major

Slightly do the renovation of stairs case that was lokk little old . Rest All Good

Room smaller then advertised,no cleaning service, weird check in timers. The building looks like a former, refurbished club. I paid 234 euro per 2 nights, for a room with no natural light. No value for the money whatsoever.
