There were a part of hotel that was working and the other guests to much fights on room

The location is excellent, close to everything, and the sea view is absolutely beautiful. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Valentina and Mary The doors are very noisy, and the soundproofing throughout the hotel is poor. The noise is especially noticeable due to the maintenance work below the hotel and the renovation works

Lot of construction noise. Extremly noisy doors, slamming all the time. Keeping you awake. No tea or coffee in rooms. I mean that is bare minimum

The staff was really nice and helpful, we asked for new pillow since we had 1 soft one that we liked and 3 very hard ones and they immediately responded, also we had issue with the in-room safe (locker) and they also solved the issue in few minutes. The location as well is really nice, it's in St. Julian in the party area, so if you are here for some peace and quite then maybe you would not like the location, but also there is plenty of restaurants and shopping places all around, as well as being very close to major bus stations where you can take the bus from to Valletta, Airport or other places. The room itself was nice, clean and comfortable, and they cleaned and tidied the beds/changed the sheets everyday. First and most important the noise isolation, the hallway sound feels like it happens in your room, since it's in the party area a lot of people go clubbing and come back at 3AM and you can imagine the noise from the hallway was very hard to ignore, especially that they have doors that shuts automatically and makes a bang sound, the first night was so hard to fall asleep the rest was ok because we were extremely tired from our day. Also you can hear some music from outside, but to be fair during our stay the music will stop playing (at least the one we could hear) before 10PM, so was not an issue, but also our room faced the pool, so maybe it's a bigger issue if your room is facing the city. The soap dispenser was not working, we mentioned that to the staff, but from their reaction it looked like that happens a lot. The toilet trash can on the day of arrival was not emptied, we never mentioned that to the staff, but the following couple of days the trash was emptied every day, so I guess probably a simple mistake, so no big deal. The balcony had a very high wall, so it was impossible to sit and see the outside, which is not a big deal but still a bummer. Lastly I just hate when hotels ask for deposit, I understand that's a policy and they did mentioned a 100 Euro deposit, but still, I would always choose a place with no deposit over a place with one if choice available.

Solid Location and Modern Vibes, But Construction and No WiFi Ruined ItI chose this hotel for its fantastic location—right in the heart of the city, steps from shops, restaurants, and public transport. The room itself felt modern with sleek design and great lighting that made everything feel bright and inviting. The bed was super comfortable, and I slept well despite the issues. Staff were friendly and helpful whenever I interacted with them the ongoing construction made the stay very unpleasant. It started early every morning, including weekends, with constant noise that woke me up and disrupted any relaxation. The hallways were dirty from all the construction dust, which made navigating the hotel feel grimy. Worst of all, there was no internet in the room or even at reception—I complained four times during my stay, but nothing was fixed. As someone who needed to get work done, this was a dealbreaker.Reasonably clean overall, but not perfect due to the dust. I'd skip this one until the construction wraps up.

Great location, the view and my room from the 6th floor. The staff, the size of my room and the TV excess to the YouTube channels. Plenty of hot water for the shower. Lots of low class laud people at all nights the furniture sliding and moving above and next to my room. The doors opening and slamming all nights from careless drunk people’s and their uncontrolled kids running and yelling. They should be selected rental area for quite retired people and families with kids. The ongoing construction noise was very loud and upsetting. The request for repairing the bathroom fixtures was ignored several times and no one came in our 13 days stay.

Super clean. Nice views. I stayed in sea view and no I was not bothered with noice of construction at all.

I didn’t eat the breakfast. It was just loud all the time? From the staff talking loud in the hallways, to the construction throughout the day, to being able to hear the conversations of the other guests through the walls. I got no rest during my 7 days there!

Staff is amazing This can not be 4* hotel. Hotel is still under renovation. On the flor was paint and dust. There was leakege around the shower. Everything is new but low qualitu, except bed which is comfortable. Spinning door at the entrance of hotel don’t have sensors so it hit you if you are too close. Breakfast is decent.

Very friendly staff particularly Fernanda at the front desk. Really friendly and very pleasant. Great for a chat and not just about the hotel ? The hotel wristband is a great idea as well ?? The drilling/grinding at 8am ? Also, Would have been nice to have a kettle in the room though
