Everything was wonderful! Was bummed that the rooftop Art Bar was close for private event. Looked forward to sitting up there.

Wonderful all around

Amazing staff, made my 30th a night to remember. The front desk lady had me laughing out my knees. Friendly and accommodating 10/10 would recommend

This was one of the most beautiful hotels I have ever stayed at. Me being someone who loves art I appreciated seeing it everywhere I looked. The room I stayed in was so pretty and matched my mood exactly . When ever I come back I have to try a different color lol . I loved the rooftop, the view was amazing. I had the breakfast which was very filling and tasted great. Overall 5 stars all the way for the Angards Art hotel

What an absolutely unique and beautiful hotel. We truly enjoyed our stay. The rooms were clean, the staff was very friendly, and the decor was beautiful.

Horrible customer service, forced cancellations, dirty rooms, and accommodations that barely meet the minimum expected of an upscale hotel. The overnight clerk, Bre Frazier, was particularly unhelpful and seemed either unwilling or unable to offer any meaningful assistance with late check-in. Rather than attempting to resolve the situation, the response was inept and needlessly frustrating. In no world does this property qualify as a five-star hotel, it barely qualifies as four-star. The standards of service, cleanliness, and accommodations do not live up to the brand or price.

The hotel is nice and a unique property but the room was not clean prior to our stay and there was what looked like weed seeds or leaves underneath the glass on the desk in our room. We also requested for the room to be turned over twice while we were there and the staff never made it around to cleaning it before we left. Lastly the ice room on our floor did not have any ice only a microwave and the room was hot and filthy. The inside of the microwave was also nasty. It was so dirty that I didn’t even want t warm up my food.

I liked the location of the property and the amenities. It was also beautifully decorated. Rooms decently cleaned although I felt our shower could’ve been cleaned a little better before we checked in. We were told we didn’t need a room key to leave the fenced hotel parking when we checked out so we gave the keys to the desk. But when trying to leave the parking it wouldn’t let us until we put a room key or credit card in so we put our card in and it charged us $50 . We called the desk and they said they’d have management remove the charge , it’s only been 12 or so hours so hopefully it’ll come off our account within the next couple days. Didn’t like how checkout is 11am and they’re knocking and walking into our room at 10:20am when we had a do not disturb tag hanging on the handle.

This is really a terrible hotel. The reason I booked this hotel was because its name has "collection by Hilton". I parked my car at its parking lot. When I went to check in, the receptionist told me parking fee is $75/night. Then I decided to park in the street (free parking 7pm-8am) on the second day. However I noticed the parking panel showed $30/night for hotel guest when I drove out their park lot. When I checked out for two nights stay, and said the parking fee to them, then another receptionist said that $75/night was incidental hold.

Beautiful hotel… definitely a party spot for sure, unique rooms…. I loved the tub by the window …

Restaurant was very good for breakfast. Information lacking at check in but pleasant. Bedding choice was very off putting. We were told a folded sheet was the custom and called the duvet. No blankets or full size pillows provided in room - we had to ask. Without the blanket and full size pillows we would have been very uncomfortable but desk seemed to stand by the custom of a folded sheet duvet - extremely odd. Clean and tidy otherwise. Garbage can and laundry bag missing in room.

Cool vibe & experience. Unique Our room had no toilet paper when we got there so we had to ask for it but they were very attentive and quick to bring it to our room

The parking was annoying at best. We arrived in the rain and another traveler was parked such that no one else could get close to the covered party of the entrance. Of course, it appeared they were unloading an entire moving vans with of stuff so I had to make a mad dash in the rain twice. Once to leave our stuff and once from the parking lot. I was soaked. The next morning, I couldn't get the exit gate to work and just took an alternative route out. It was frustrating.

Room was cleaned but very small for 4 occupants. Not much space to move. Poor lighting..

Great property in a great area!

Loved the hotel vibes but my room had to be re cleaned. The toilet got stopped up. The bed is very stiff so my sleep wasn't the best. Love that whatever event happens on the roof the guest can attend for free.

This is one of my favorite hotels ever!!! My husband booked us a room for my birthday last year and again this year so it’s kinda a tradition now. We stayed in the red room last year and the blue room this year. The blue room was BEAUTIFUL!!! We originally thought we booked the green room but I’ll let you know that if book from a third party site, you’re not guaranteed that room. It ended up being perfect and we’ll try the green room next time!
