This Location has the potential to be good and even booking .com was great but two specific workers spoiled a veterans Birthday with her dad that has dementia and I feel more hurt than mad because all these family days count. Nettie I truly hope this is not you full time job. My stay ended with me contacting the over two entitled Black women.

I got charged twice for my room and haven’t been given my money back I paid for my room on the app then got charged again when I got there and they wouldn’t give me my money back they said that I had to get it from you.
