Residence Inn St Louis Westport

Exceptional

The A/C didn't cool the room very well at all. The breakfast definitely left something to be desired. We were told we could go next door to the attached hotel to see if they had a better selection. But that isn't exactly convenient. We were not asked to provide a credit card upon check in for anything, but when checking out we were asked for one to pay for parking, which was not mentioned at check in.

This was a hard review because the manager his name is Keith or Kenneth but he immediately greeted me and worked with booking.com to accommodate myself and my and personally does a good job! I couldn't give the Residence Inn the review it has the potential to get because two specific young ladies one being from the Fairfield side banged on my door between 5-7am screaming waking my father with dementia to tell me the rules in the hotel had recently changed and I needed immediately put a card on file or she would contact the cops mind you she has a rag on he head and something that looked like pajamas banging on my door. A series of negative events from mine and my family's keys being cut off up until I did calm my dad down and get to the the young lady named was Nettie and passed her attitude on to the other women, her friend Taran decides to start yelling obscenities. At this point I called the cops myself I am a USAF veteran and was just emotionally drained some Birthday.

The location was quiet and accommodating. The staff were always available and very friendly.

It was comfortable. I like the location. The staff were nice. I was charged twice. There was some difficultly in getting it resolved.

It was comfortable. The breakfast was good. My room was not ready at check-in time. I was charged twice, and it took two phone calls and a dispute with my bank before it was resolved
