Springhill Suites Minneapolis St Louis Park by Marriott

For this being a Marriott property we were pretty disappointed. There was sever items that were miscommunication during our stay such as housekeeping that we asked for when we checked in and didn’t receive service every other day as informed during check in.

The hotel is pretty n8ce. Layout of the rooms is kind of weird but still a nice place.

Great area, clean, decent breakfast, pool hrs were a bit confusing (kids wanted to seim but they had adult only hrs), front desk wasn't always maintained but if you called someone always answered

Nice hotel and located close to shopping, bars and a great breakfast place called Hope Breakfast Bar.

One of the desk staff walked us through the process of signing in to get our boarding passes for our return flights. Very helpful.

Very friendly staff. Was a couple hours early for check-in and the Front Desk gal was very nice and was able to get me in a room right away. The room as very clean, a bit wonky but overall the main important thing - clean. Is it dated? A little (bathroom could use a little touch up). Was it spacious? Yes - unless you wanted to get around the bed to the closet, but we made it work. Lots of room in the business/kitchen nook and in the "living room". Breakfast was good - nothing fancy... but it was free and it tasted good. Overall, a really good experience.

Nice room and breakfast. No cleaning service unless U stay 3 nights. One tiny bar of soap.

No alarm clock in the room. Very thin towels. If you stay 2 nights you do not get dry towels for the second night, I had to go to the front desk after 8 pm and beg for dry towels to get one. I was overcharged from the rate I was quoted. I was not told there was a daily parking fee, I was later told it was in the contract which I did not get a copy of before they charged me. Room had a strange damp smell. Big clots of dust were formed in the ac vents that blows air directly onto the bed , that I took photos of. My eyes were puffy in the morning from the dust. I showed the photos to the front desk and they did have the ac unit cleaned then. Lots of freeway noise. Good location but lots of road construction around it. Found wet coffee and filters in the trash when I got in the room. Glad I am home now.

Breakfast hours are shorter on weekends for some reason. You’d think it’d be the other way around.

The hotel was clean and staff was very nice. Bed was comfortable. Would stay again.

The room was very nice and clean and the staff were very nice and helpful. The orange juice was very watered down and connecting a fire stick to the TV was not easy to get to work and the volume would not go down. Admittedly this is something that not everyone is doing.
