Dirty room , smell bad , bugs flies around inside room

The room was spacious and it was very quiet. Loved that it was walking distance to the beach and restaurants near by. I also loved how the staff reached out prior to your arrival and throughout your stay to ensure everything was going well. The staff behind the bar were amazing!! They were friendly and so enjoyable to talk too. It honestly was the perfect girls trip.

This is a hidden gem on the beach. Such a wonderful place with amazing staff. For the 1 night we were there it was like we were in paradise In Another place that wasn’t our city!! I’d pick this again over and over. I’ve stayed in many different places and this is the best hands down. We will be back very soon.

This is a cute little motel, very clean, nice view of the bay. Room was quite small, Bed very hard but pillows were nice and plump. The kitchenette with full size fridge and dinette set was super nice to have. WHAT YOU MUST KNOW: the amenities (pool, bar, happy hour, lobby, coffee, beach towels, etc.) are not onsite. All amenities are down the street at the parent hotel. It's not far unless you have mobility issues and parking is challenging everywhere in this area. Definitely not the convenience you pay for in a motel/hotel. A staff member was kind enough to bring us coffee packets, very grateful for that. So if you really want convenient amenities you may consider staying somewhere else.

The room was very nice! I was very pleased and amazed. It was clean and just really nice. The view was perfect and the staff was very pleasant.

When booking with Hotels you have hidden fees they do not disclose. Also the office for the hotel is not on location but is at short walking distance.

The paintings in the room were beautiful. The art work outside was pretty. I did enjoy the walk in shower. A little crowded for four adults and I thought we would be on the beach. I just wanted to sit outside and see the water and see the Gulf

The fact it’s steps from it beach is awesome! The staff was super friendly and helpful as well.

Very quiet hotel. Close to the beach, restaurants and stores in walking distance. We had a nice balcony with a beautiful view. Refrigerator (full size) , stove , microwave. Simple and nice

It was clean. Location was convenient. Having to check in across the street in sweltering Florida weather is annoying. Bathroom is ridiculously small. The decor was tacky and outdated. We actually only stayed one of our two booked nights.

Exceptional

The staff was very friendly and tried to make up for the wrong reservation but there was nothing they could do. I didn't appreciate the staff tried to blame Bookings on sending the wrong reservation. I reserved a beach side room and they gave us this room off the beach with horrible parking. I've been booking through Bookings for many years and I've never had a reservation wrong until now. I doubt the error was on Bookings part.
