My daughter and I enjoyed our stay. We really enjoyed the amenity’s and the on site restaurant. The staff were very friendly and helpful with anything we needed.

Rachel at the hotel restaurant was amazing. We had a beautiful weekend. Will definitely visit again.

Fantastic staff especially the waitress at azure. She was amazing and took great care of us

Don’t rely on staff, you’re gonna have to do everything yourself for the most part here. Staff overall was great. But they’re not very approachable and a tentative. This place is more on your own if you will. Get your own drinks, get your own rides for the beach (certain times) etc
-
My only concern is that while they are directly across the street from the beach, you have to go about a half mile in either direction for a pass through or public beach. They offer a free shuttle, but if your vision is to walk out of the back door of your hotel onto the beach, this is not it, although their pool and deck is attached and has an attractive view of the bay. If direct beach access is a requirement, go elsewhere. But if beautiful rooms, nice staff and very accessible pool/deck is your thing at a fair price, jump on it.

We only stayed one night, but the rooms were amazing. It was spacious and clean. No outside noise was heard. the lobby smelled immaculate. we had such a short time that we didn't even get to enjoy the amenities. I wish the hours were longer though. coming from NYC - 10pm closing is kind of crazy.

Loved the hotel!
-
The location of the pool being on the ground level
-
Very attentive staff!! The manager went above and beyond when we had a little coffee pot issue in our room bringing a cup of coffee to our room and replacing the machine. Love that it is independently owned!! We loved our stay and would definitely return!
-
Fantastic stay! We had a large room, everything was neat and clean!
-
I liked the property only complaint is that the hotel does not have direct beach access.
-
Clean convenient and new

The staff was very friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The location is excellent, within walking distance of the beach and restaurants. The rooms are spacious, and we enjoyed the beautiful views. The beach service was disappointing. Guests have to carry and set up their own beach chairs and umbrella, which is not what I expected from a hotel like this. The room cleanliness also needs improvement. The bed sheets had stains, the bathrobe had a hole in it, and the coffee maker still had coffee residue from a previous guest.

Excellent experience! Will definitely be staying here again in the future! Friendly kind staff, very clean hotel
-
The hotel was good. We were turned off from one of the valet staff who took us to the beach and was complaining about working during the holiday and not getting enough tips. Not a fan of hearing about someone’s side hustle and calling the guests cheap.
-
The property was clean and the room was very nice. There was a restaurant in the hotel. The only parking is valet only, which we were great with. The roof has a bar and amazing sunset views of the beach on one side and the bay on the other. The only problem we had was that our check-in was delayed because our room wasn't ready and we had to wait in the lobby over an hour. The staff at the front desk didn't seem to care. The valet staff were phenomenal. They were so friendly and quick.

The staff is amazing, especially the Valet! Location is perfect! Pool is on the marina, with beautiful views. Don’t quote me but I believe Kayaking and bike rentals are included with your resort fee. I Kayaked at 9 am and it was amazing, so peaceful and meditative! They shuttle you to the public beach accesses (one is right next to Don Cesar Hotel); they also offer free charging for your electric car.

Wow, and what a treat. Nice to have a boat slip. Pool was nice, music was not loud, service staff extremely friendly. Free bike rentals and shuttle service to public beach access by golfcart. Rooftop bar was great, view was stunning looking over the gulf or Intracoastal. The restuarant food and portion size was good and delicious. Priced per market and very elegant. Visit the undertow as an experience as it is a short walk to crazy time. Photos were after storm and have not been altered. Ice machine was not around
