We stayed for a one night and loved it so much we went back and stayed 3 more nights. The staff was awesome and had everything you would need to make your vacation so wonderful. I will stay there again when we visit Florida again.

The most accommodating hotel experience! I booked Inn on the beach as part of my proposal to my girlfriend to surprise her as she loves the beach. The property is right across the street from the beach and has beautiful views of the water depending on the room. My now fiancé loved it and we will always remember how nice the stay was as a a part of our story. Tina was so sweet and helpful, she made our stay 100x more special.

We tried to handle it amicably and asked for a different room. Instead we got “that’s just how it is at the beach” and “are you even from Florida?” — I am, though I’m not sure why that matters. The dismissiveness was remarkable. The owner/manager (Tina) said she was forty minutes away and couldn’t move us, so we should just leave and contact Expedia for a full refund. We took her at her word and left. The next day she called and said she’d only authorize half the refund — two nights we never spent in the room, and she wanted to keep one. She told us to leave and go through the proper channels, then reversed herself after we did exactly that. Dismissive on the phone, then dishonest about her own instructions the next day. Expedia made us whole. She never budged. A musty room plus mold-like growth in the air handler and where the downlights seal against the ceiling isn’t a beach problem, it’s a maintenance problem — and a sign of deeper water intrusion and how this property is kept. Buyer beware.

This beach property is a hidden gem. Literally everything you need for the beach is provided at this stay. Chairs, umbrellas, towels, ice, cooler. The rooms are clean and cozy. A perfect place to get away and recharge. We will be back!

It was our first time at Inn on the Beach but it will not be the last. If I could give this a 6-star review I would - 5 is not enough. The experience started before our stay with informative texts about our stay. The checkin process was seamless, our unit was adorably decorated and immaculately clean. The kitchen area was well equipped with a full size fridge and stove top; the bed and linens were comfortable and the white tiled bathroom was sparkling clean. The unit (Hibiscus) had a semiprivate patio area that was perfect to enjoy coffee in the morning and dry our suits in the sun in the late afternoon. The room itself was a 5 but the service made this stay a 6 (out of 5). Brooke’s attentiveness made us feel like VIPs! The whole staff were great. The little touches like comfortable bikes for guests to check out the neighborhood, beach towels set out daily, a small cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas for beach time! No worries if you forgot your sunscreen or need aloe - they have that out in the common area for guests to share. The location can’t be beat!! Just cross the street and you’re on gorgeous Passe-a-Grille beach! The Inn is just a short walk to great restaurants and fun bars. If you’re considering at stay at the Inn on the Beach - don’t hesitate. This place is perfection! The management, room, amenities, beach access and overall location are all top-notch!

Beautiful rooms, modern and clean with great A/C. The location is perfect. Steps from the sand. They provide everything you need, parking, beach chairs, towels, cooler, ice, umbrellas, even sunscreen! The rooms were quiet, the wifi and tv's worked great and the staff, Tina, went above and beyond to make our stay great. It's a 5 minute walk to Paradise Grill on the beach which is fantastic and a 6 minute walk to all the other great restaurants and shops. And a 10 minute walk to the marina where there's fishing and a boat shuttle to shell island. Perfect stay!! The electricity went out for a quick moment and came right back on 3 or 4 times during the night. Not sure that was the hotels fault. Might have been weather or a power surge, but it quickly fixed itself.

No pool- but you have the ocean and walking distance to many great places to eat.

This place is the epitome of low key yet truly amazing. Super clean, super quiet and a great place to recharge yourself

This was a top property! Cant beat the close proximity to the beach (literally across the street). Tina was fantastic and very attentive. We will definitely be staying here again!
