We got the room with the partial water view and it was perfect. Quiet street with parking right in front of our room. They have bar seats right outside the room which was great for sipping your morning coffee and enjoying the view. The room was clean and had everything we needed. Staff was extremely helpful and friendly. And you’re literally across the street from the beach. What more can you ask for. We can’t wait to come back.

Chairs are available on a first-come first-serve basis, and some were available every time we needed them. The heated pool/spa was really nice to have. This is very close to great restaurants like Cafe Riviera and Paradise Grille. Cons: The room wasn’t very clean. We had to ask for a change in pillowcases upon arrival because there were stains on every pillowcase. The housekeeping guy replaced them and made a comment that he only saw 1 stain. The shower was very dirty but after the comment about the pillowcases, I didn’t want to ask about the shower. We ended up going to Walmart and buying cleaning supplies. I understand having a place right next to the beach means sand is going to be everywhere, but it didn’t look like the shower was scrubbed at all. The deadbolt doesn’t lock and having just the handle lock didn’t feel super secure. The bathroom is very humid even without running the shower. Be prepared to not have any countertop space as the sink is just a pedestal sink, and the bathroom is very close quarters. We ended up using the kitchen table for toiletries. All in all, while the proximity to the beach is fantastic, I personally don’t think the cost per night is worth it considering there isn’t a whole lot to do in Pass-a-Grille.

Staff was great and helpful. Location was wonderful! Our bed was hard and pillows were very flat. Shower hot water never got very warm.

Amazinh location. Super comfy and great staff nA

The location was excellent and the property provided a number of items (bikes, boards, chairs…) which was convenient. The entire process was simple and the room always was magically clean. Excellent value for the price The Bed needs replacing and the window unit A/C was very Lou’s right next to the bed.

Walk to the beach! Pool on site! Toilet in a small space, but very common for Florida.

Loved the location and how cozy it was.
-
How close it was to the beach. The mattress was old and uncomfortable. We could feel the coils and ended up sleeping to the foot of the bed to try to find a comfortable spot - it didn’t work. Also - there was not a comfortable chair or ottoman to rest and watch some tv.

No bro. Great location! Very clean Nothing I didn’t like

Great old Florida, family run property. The rooms are renovated and very clean. We stayed in #5. Very spacious bedroom and bathroom. The second room with a kitchenette and pullout couch area is a little small if 2 more are staying in there also but it’s very functional. The room is Ideal for 2-3 adults or 2 adult and 1 child/2 small children. We loved the little pool and direct access to the beach across the street. I also loved the free parking, which applies throughout pass-a-grille, not just at the hotel.

The location was right across the street from a beautiful beach. You could walk or bike to places to eat. Enjoyed having coffee on the front porch and watching the sunset from the beach. I would definitely stay here again. I really liked the location. We were there for the beach. The closest was small but didn't really bother us.

Very clean and comfortable. The location is wonderful across the beach and close to restaurants. I loved how peaceful the hotel and area was.

Highly recommend this place

The property was very close to the beach and the bay walkable distance to restaurants and just general nice neighborhood. Nice and clean inside very cute very comfortable. The bed was clean and comfortable. Everything was nice inside the little unit. The pool was very nice. It was heated small, but if effective and well kept the staff that I did interact with were very friendly and gave excellent instructions on how to check in and check out. I was a solo female traveler with my dog, and I felt safe and I would definitely stay here again. No dislikes

Unreal Location to the beach in such a lovely chill town. The beach chairs and towels were very nice to use at the beach. We will be back!

We had an amazing time at Sabal Palms. It’s conveniently located just steps from the water. So close that if we had to use the bathroom…we would just walk back to our room. It’s great that they had parking and are able to park anywhere at Pass-A-Grille by your license plate. Highly recommend!

Homeyness, location and puppy friendly Nothing

Great location in quiet Pass-a-Grille. Easy to walk to the beach or restaurants nearby, and they offer complimentary bicycles.

The location and staff are great Beware of booking a “ground floor”room. These rooms are actually below ground with windows at ground level, looking up into bushes, like a basement. When I complained, SB explained these rooms are branded as “shorty suites,” as if anyone would know what that meant, and that’s why they’re at “a lower price point.” they offered to switch us to another property location, which I appreciated, but at that point, we didn’t want to pack everything up and move for such a short stay.
