The staff are the best thing about this hotel. Everyone was very helpful, polite and welcoming. The room was very large and had everything i needed. it was a little dated but that was not a problem for me.

Dinner Curtains in room let in a lot of light Bins sounded as though emptied outside at 3 am and then later

All food, staff, room, by bus stop. Steps on the landing makes it difficult to drag suitcases up & down. Although I know staff are available to help.

Breakfast was excellent Staff were helpful Our room was the nearest to the main road - overlooking the car park rather than the hotel gardens. Very noisy when the ambulances went past

Beautiful hotel and property. Other Guests were much older. Median age was probably in the 80s. I’m 60 and felt very young.

The hotel was ecellent, but it was the staff who made it special. Nothing that stands out.

Very friendly and clean with good facilities. Key to room was a bit fiddly...a modern keycard system would be better.... this is a very very minor point, everything else was great.

Nice room with balcony. Spacious bathroom. Nice swimming pool with steam room. A little far from town center. It’s walkable but tiring to go up hill.

The staff were super helpful and friendly. The public areas were lovely and the breakfast was fabulous. Very clean. The rooms are really dated and worn. No aircon. Water leaked out of the bathroom into hall. Iron burn on carpet
