Really a lovely place to stay. Room was very spacious and we had a great breakfast selection every day Whilst the gym is well equipped it would be nice to have some more leg machines

Excellent staff assistance, clean room and cleaning staff cheerful everyday. Breakfast and restaurant meals really the best as I had for choice. My 87th birthday celebration with 12 family members was as planned and more, with reception staff going out of their way to make my day special and memorable. The menu for my birthday lunch could have been sent to me prior to my arriving at the hotel as it was booked a couple of months previously. I had to pass this on to my family for selection 24 hours before the function. However all went well eventually with no further mishaps and the birthday congrats on a slate went down very well.

I had two separate stays within a week. The quality of the room on each occasion differed dramatically. I left a great review for the first stay. However, on the second stay we were very disappointed. The room had no air con whereas the first room allocated that week did. One chair on balcony for a twin room Only one spare socket in the whole room. No socket by the bed No reading light or lamps by the bed Hardly any filling in the pillows. This contrasted dramatically with the first room where none of these things were an issue. I would advise to check these things before accepting the room offered.

All good. I had requested storage for our e-bikes but the desk staff not aware of this however they made every effort to sort storage out for 7 of us so our bikes were secure and could be charged. All the staff were lovely friendly and helpful. Nothing

BREAKFAST VERY GOOD CHOICE ROOM COMFORTABLE & CLEAN STAFF WAS GREAT THE WINE WAS VASTLY OVER PRICED & COULDNT BUY IT BY THE BOTTLE (THAT WAS A RIP OFF) "SORRY" OVER THE 6 NIGHTS WE WHERE THERE I DO THINK THAT THEY WERE UNDER STAFTED ON OCCASIONS

Our room was well positioned with a private terrace overlooking the garden; however I do think that it would be beneficial if there was a means of separating the adjoining terrace with a screen to give additional privacy when sunbathing as you are overlooked. The room was well proportioned with plenty of storage space, and on the ground floor for easy access if guests had mobility issues or had young children. The room staff were excellent and maintained the room and all the facilities to a very high standard. Just one thing that I found irritating. On our last evening the hotel hosted a Blingo event so about 240 guests came into the hotel (which was great for the hotel's income and for the staff) however not much thought had been given to the hotel paying guests as the large bar/dining area was sectioned off for this event, pushing the paying guests into quite a tight area (some of the hotel guests looked in and when they saw how constrained it was just decided to go elsewhere for the evening); however adjacent to this area is their fine dining room which should have been opened up for all the paying hotel guests.

Clean hotel, good facilities, luvly staff

The hotel was pretty dated in its decor

Staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful, the room was impeccably presented as usual. Room service was prompt and polite, housekeeping kept the room fresh with the minimum of disruption. When having to extend my stay the front of house team made this quick and easy. One of my favourite places to stay on the island. Only issue was a loud function one evening, music went on until late into the night - not unexpected at this time of year. It might be good to warn guests where the noise may impact them, potentially just something to say when the noise is expected to end?

The service is second to none. Exceptional staff and a real credit to the hotel.

Breakfast was amazing! Room, had a terrible view of a flat roof!

Excellent breakfast choice. Lovely spa facilities, and friendly staff. We had two rooms both of which were of a poor quality. Chipped and damaged furniture, damaged light fittings, hooks on doors broken. Safe located on the floor, so I an issue for those with mobility problems. Very hot and stuffy with no air conditioning. View of the car park, with resulting noise. Wouldn’t stay again, not worth the money.

Outstanding stay! Delicious breakfast, comfortable room and an exceptional dinner. Staff were warm, attentive and made us feel truly welcome. Highly recommend! My only suggestions are to consider adding AC in the rooms due to the weather getting warmer than usual and extend children’s swimming hours.

The property was fine , great location & excellent facilities, pool, gym etc Sadly it was unusually busy . Due to a darts competition. So in my room the noise was very loud. Bedroom doors banging. The next room had the tv loudly on ! Plus breakfast was hectic.
