Fire alarm kept going off

While the staff were all amazing but the property itself is extremely run down and our room was not well cleaned. The floors were filthy and there were shoe prints on the bathroom wall. The room had damage and was run down. Electrical covers were missing, the smoke detectors were on a shelf under the TV, the door looked like it had been kicked in at some point, the battery cover on the TV was missing and, strangely, the bedside lamps and outlets did not work unless the overhead light was on. We had to charge our phones in the bathroom. The location is not great. The area did not feel safe and the highway is right outside. We did not sleep well due to the noise.

Water was hot. Lady who checked us in was very nice. Only two bath towels no washcloths or hand towels. Outside door wouldn’t close completely. We could see the outside all around. Couldn’t lock deadbolt. NOISE. Trash pickup early seemed right outside door. Floor was FILTHY. Sticky. Definitely NOT worth the money.

Quiet, clean, & the pool was open. Because of remodeling there was no fridges or microwave so had to throw out good groceries and couldn’t warm anything up.

Comfortable bed, clean pool. Updated bathroom Room got very wet inside due to the ac, woke up to the floor wet , the parking is really inconvenient, we were given a room that was being squatted in , had to change rooms after walking in on someone in our original room, looks like people live in some of the rooms.

The room we requested was a smoke free room. The room had a tobacco smell. When we arrived they had a air clarification machine to clean the air. But people smoking in the adjoining room were heavy smokers and it made it way into our room. That's not a smoke free room.
