Bed was horrendously uncomfortable and boiler room was so noisy we could not sleep

There were a few insects walking on the floor next to my side. I let the water run continuously in the sink while brushing my teeth. The water flow was very low. This shouldn’t be the case. Very disappointing. The bathroom was dirty before we arrived last night. There was long hair stuck on the ceiling. Very disgusting. The bathroom door in our room was very hard to close. It was difficult to shut while using the shower or bathroom. This is not acceptable.

We like that the staff they are attentive and helpful especially I think the manager in the morning that keeps up the breakfast area. The rooms are clean. Could use some updates to the bathrooms and pool but overall for the price you can’t beat it.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this hotel was honestly one of the worst places I've ever stayed. The room was disgusting, poorly maintained, and far from clean. The only reason I'm giving it one star is because the staff were friendly and tried to be helpful. Other than that, I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Definitely one of the worst hotel experiences I've had.

Room was clean, but extremely freon gas and mold smell. Since we open the hotel room door an extremely high smell of freon (probably from room A/C unit) and mold got in our respiratory system. In less then 10 minutes we both start coughing and eye irritation. We end up leaving the property to other hotel. Highly NOT recommended!!!!

Good shower Mattress saggy/felt metal underneath bed when trying to get into the bed and trying to sleep, was unable to sleep, light bulb missing from light. Metal bed frame that every time you went into bed and touch the side, it would always make a loud noise. Next morning we were able to change rooms and that mattress was a little better. They use flimsy mattress with no box spring. The new rooms bathroom door would not close because the top hinge was broken. This hotel is not maintained at all.

Absolutely nothing Mouldy bedroom and bathroom. Completed unsafe for habitation, nothing like any photos published. Holes around the door, dripping ac units. Cigarette burns in the furnishings.

Room needs a deep cleaning (stuff like baseboards were dirty) but overall the rooms weren't bad. Check in staff were friendly and helpful

Property was fine for how we used it, but it is old and outdated. I don’t mind old hotels, but it appears that things were falling apart.

Nothing Jail serves better breakfast than they serve at this hotel. We are not asking for caviar but a decent breakfast for human beings. By the way, theRoom costed us 123$ but breakfast costed the hotel 25 cents. Even my 6 years old son said about juice : this tastes like nothing . I wish we went to jail that night.

The gentleman who checked us in was very pleasant and the young ladies checking us out were very pleasant. The breakfast was reasonable and breakfast area was clean. Unfortunately, in my opinion, the grout in the shower needs a good cleaning. The mattress and pillows were extremely uncomfortable. One thing that really bothered me is there is no bathroom in the lobby nor in the pool area. Our room was on the third floor all the way on the other side of the hotel, so for someone who urgently needed to use the restroom, that became an issue. When we asked the desk staff if there was a restroom in the lobby or pool, they said no. We stated we needed to use the restroom, and their reply was there was only one for employees. We stated we were guests of the hotel, but it didn't matter. I felt that that was poor customer service.
