THE POOL AREA WAS NOT CLEAN AT ALL, THE JACUZZI WAS GREEN AND OUT OF ORDER. , LOCATION IS GOOD, STARBUCKS IN THE LOBBY AND THE ROOM WAS CLEAN.

Room was clean, staff extremely friendly and helpful. Fantastic restaurant in the lobby and pool grounds were very nice. An excellent experience.

The staff was so friendly and kind, and made our anniversary trip extra special in so many ways! We already want to go back.

The kids pool is broken.

The Hotel wasn't too bad. We stayed 4 nights and 2 of the nights we had neighbors that started with some kind of serpant snake music loudly and dope smoking at 9 pm until 6 am. Called the front desk and it was taken care of. However a better eye on such matters is needed. It felt like you had to beg daily for housekeeping. Yet done when asked a few times. 1 time we had a hsk. Knock and no time to answer before entering... ummm could have been a compromising position. The pool was not skimmed of leaves for 2 of the days. The area around the pool could have been swept better, lots of debris. The water was clean. The front desk lady on arrival and second nite was accommodating ( 4 pm staff I think). The wait staff in the dining room were efficient, and appeared to be short staffed but did a good job. Key take away, 2 unsupervised kids in pool using all the towels on Saturday and destroyed pool noodles, A lot of smoking in rooms for a non-smoking facility. Didn't mind the pending reconstruction, that is understandable. Wish the hot tub was working.

We enjoyed the quiet evening. I thought it included breakfast.

The crew, room, gym, pool, outdoor sitting area next to the pool were all outstanding and the cherry on top was the fact that the property was adjacent to a public boardwalk, Carillon walking path, that was perfect for refreshing morning after workout walk and romantic evening stroll as the sun sets I. The background. We were able to see beautiful birds, an abundance of turtles and fish. It is high enough off the lake to where alligators cannot reach but we were hoping to see one but hadn’t. Maybe next time ( fingers crossed).

The room was perfect. I want to personally thank Whitney our server for her outstanding service. Compliments to the Chef. Food was amazing. Wonderful way to spend my Birthday.

The construction noise was extremely disruptive, especially because we were traveling with our 19-month-old and needed to accommodate nap time. Had we known about the construction beforehand, we absolutely would have chosen a different hotel. When we checked out the following day, we attempted to speak with a manager about our experience. The young woman at the front desk refused our request, stating that everyone was in a meeting. She then implied that because she had informed us about the construction when we checked in, it should not have been an issue. Being told about major construction only after arriving and checking in is not the same as being properly notified in advance and given the opportunity to make other arrangements. Between the lack of transparency regarding the construction and the dismissive response when we tried to address our concerns, we were extremely disappointed with our stay. We would not stay at this property again and would not recommend it to families traveling with young children.

Location and it was beautiful. Both ladies two different times during our stay. They were rude and acted like we inconvenienced them by asking a question.

The toilet in my room was dirty and covered in black mildew around the inner part.

Great hotel with great location if you want to go to a baseball game, to Tampa or the beach. Friendly staff
