Quality Inn Saint Petersburg North-Tampa Bay

I had to cancel the reservation after I saw the room. The vinyl floor was broken, the alarm system was hanging and there was a bad smell in the room. We had to make a new reservation at another hotel. Stacy was helpful and gave us the security deposit back.

Breakfast was so limited !

The staff has been one of the friendliest I’ve encountered in a very long time. We didn’t get to use any of the amenities as we were there for a baseball tournament so we were out even before the breakfast open. Room was clean and comfortable for what we needed.

Very good and location excellent

We arrived late and checked into our room only to find it infested with cockroaches and bed bugs. The staff was accommodating and moved us into a different room. We won't stay there again.

Great reception

There was a paw print on one of the bedcovers from the previous occupants. The room door lock was broken. This was our second stay in the past 3 years. It is located near a lot of things to do in St. Petersburg

To make matters worse, the toilet, shower, and sink were all unusable. We immediately contacted the front desk and were told maintenance would be there shortly. No one ever came. After waiting, we went back to the front desk and requested a different room. Instead of trying to resolve the situation, the staff laughed at us, told us to leave, and said we would not receive a refund. We were also charged our deposit even though we never stayed in the room because it was completely unacceptable. The entire property felt run down and sketchy, and we did not feel safe staying there. Between the filthy room, broken plumbing, and incredibly rude customer service, this was an awful experience from start to finish. I would strongly recommend staying somewhere else. There are plenty of better options in the area that are clean, safe, and actually value their guests.

2. There was only 1 washcloth in the room on check in. The next day when housekeeping arrived I asked for 2 additional wash clothes cause there was 3 of us. The staff stated they wer in laundry and would return with them. She also requested the 1 used cloth we had. She never return. I went to front desk & was told there are no wash cloths. I requested a hand towel and she gave me a cleaning rag... 3. There was a 3hr power outage... 4. Add a protein to your buffet like other choice hotels. Atleast bioled eggs.
