Tyler was excellent making check in quick and easy

room was INFESTED with cockroaches. They crawled over everything, even in my bed !

Do not stay here. Stayed for two nights. On the second night i discovered the Roach party in the bathroom.

Bed was dirty and when addressed they didn’t change my room they handed me sheets to make the bed myself. Then there were roaches and the tub had a black ring around it

Kicked out due to “maintenance issue” worst experience since check in and they made us check out after 4pm. Unruly customer service drug infested with roaches. Pool out of service. And they stole my baby’s Nintendo switch after giving us the runaround. I signed a contract at 11am an nothing was said.

saying there is breakfast is a joke everything. remote didn't work,ac didn't work , there is cockroaches , the pool will not be open till December.

There wasn't anything good about this hotel. WARNING!!! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! This hotel is unsafe and disgusting. There are homeless drug addicts all over the place. We got in our room and locked the door. We we're basically hostages in our room because angry people were fists fighting right outside our room. They were screaming and yelling all night. Tried calling the front desk all night and no one answered. Finally had to call the police and they didn't show for a long time. We finally decided to take our lives into our own hands and leave at 5:30 am.We walked out to at least 20 cops and crime tape everywhere and a helicopter flying overhead. A stabbing happened out in the lobby. The place is gross. Pool is closed, no breakfast as advertised. Roaches everywhere. The mini fridge was filthy. The A/C was loud and barely worked. The person at the front desk had an attitude. I could go on and on about how bad our experience was. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!

There wasn't much to like at all. They advertise breakfast that consists of coffee, juice, and a granola bar. The ac barely worked, I had to buy a fan, there were cock roaches on the beds and the pool they advertise isn't even open for use.
