Hotel Van Gogh

The bathroom was a little dirty and there was only a tub.

Location and grounds were nice. It could use a little TLC to update it a bit

Well laid out properly near city centre. Indifferent service. Basic breakfast. Only receptionist helped with our arrival.

Great staff... Great resort feel in a gorgeous town. Older units but you dont notice because St Remy is gorgeous. Could be cleaner - a little cluttered in the room with dated decor.

Nice small room and aircon was on when we arrived it was an exceptionally hot day. Comfy bed. Nice deco. Very nice host. Neat small pool outside and good parking. Walking distance to old town and Restaurants.

The hotel had easy and ample parking. The location was very convenient for walking to the center or the town, and the area seemed very safe. The staff were friendly and kind. The pool area and adjacent stone building were picturesque and added a nice feel to the place. The entry and main corridor were very gloomy and dark. Better lighting there and in the rooms would have gone a long way to make the place seem more cheerful. The rooms were pretty small. Walls, doors, and vents were all visibly dirty.

The location and the staff plus the breakfast which was value for money The room needed to be thoroughly dusted, especially as we didn’t want to put our clothes in the drawers. The bathroom needed cleaning and needs a shower curtain

The room, the pool, the location, the staff everything. I have stayed here many times and I keep going back for a reason. Its great value for money Nothing

Very well located - just a 5 minute walk into the centreville. Breakfast was good, but the croissant & pain au chocolat were tiny. Might serve them better to get the regular sized portions. Heard other guests talk about this as well.

Breakfast was available but we didn't attend as don't eat breakfast. The location of the hotel is good sett in its own grounds. Bathroom functional but out dated and needs remodeling. Didn't find it very user friendly, no grab or hand rails to get in and out of bath shower, quite slippery. Mattress could do with being replaced.

Breakfast was excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed the pool at the end of the day. Needed a curtain for a stand up shower. Unit 8 bedside table lamp switch was faulty.
