We liked the restaurant and the pool. A few of the employees at the establishment were not easy to work with.

Everything was good, breakfast could be improved

It is not a real 5 stars hotel. At 8:30 am the construction in the hotel woke me up. If I spend 320 eu for a night in a 5 stars hotel I don’t expect any of this issues. It is a spa relax hotel, out of the city, to relax.

Food was average for what it should be.

Absolutely beautiful property. Rooms were small, but lovely. Well appointed with nice amenities. Staff was outstanding. Shuttle was perfect and we took advantage of it to explore and enjoy town. Can’t think of anything I didn’t like.

The hotel is very nice but room facilities is bit "simple" Location, general good hotel facilities

I was disappointed that the cheapest bottle of white wine in the bar that I could buy was 55 euros…..there are so many amazing local whites that you can buy for 8 or 9 euros and I know you would charge me double but it seems ridiculous that you didn’t even have a single bottle of wine for 30 euros….

Lovely grounds and staff. The hotel is in a beautiful quiet place, yet very close to the village. The shuttle service to the village is so handy and we specially appreciated the valet staff. Breakfast was great. Room insulation :( We arrived slightly before a big holiday, and as more guests started to arrive, the noise from banging doors, high heels, etc was quite disturbing. I also felt like there could be more eating options. There was only was restaurant available and the menu was the same every day and the same for room service. While the food was very nice, there were moments when I just wanted something simpler, like a soup or a sandwich and couldn’t get anything like that unless I went to the village. I tried to see if the concierge could help, but there was no assistance there. Felt like a 5 star hotel could provide more options / even if it’s paid.

Our room was a good size. The breakfast featured some tasty French cheeses. The staff were pleasant and helpful. Our room was showing too much wear and tear. The dining area is rather gloomy. Our one dinner at the hotel restaurant was not special. Over all, I would not consider this to be a luxury property.

Excellent full-service hotel with wonderful staff. Located a short-distance from St. Remy, the hotel was wonderfully appointed with lovely touches and a staff that helped shuttle us to town and take care of little things for our stay. Very comfortable and well-equipped.

Everyone in the Family is involved with every detail from serving wine to checking you in...the work ethic ingrained in this Family run Hotel is remarkable... The Chef..Who is the Head Mama is the absolute BEST in St.Remy Beautiful rooms and Suites, 2 gorgeous pools the surrounding grounds are beautiful I cant wait to go back!! There is nothing I didn't love

Pillows were very uncomfortable and too many lights from AC, Smoke detectors, gadgets, etc.

It was amazing!
-
Classy hotel with beautiful grounds. Comfortable room. We loved relaxing by the pool. Expensive breakfast, long walk to town each morning.
-
Having the shuttle to take us into town and pick us up whenever we wanted was exceptional! Also Alex, the young shuttle driver was great, and had excellent restaurant recommendations. Buffet breakfast was nice, but not worth 25 Euros per person.

Wonderful staff and easy to park. Very helpful with quick check in. Nothing

We stayed here few a few days during our honeymoon. It was a truly gorgeous experience. The staff were so accommodating and quick. The amenities were everything you could hope for in a relaxing vacation. We loved how kid and pet friendly it is! It is just a short walk to the village center. We will 100% be staying here again! There was nothing not to love about this property!
