The facility was great, the location was perfect, the room was big enough for 2 guests and the pool was clean and inviting. I would recommend it. Some of the staff members at the front desk were a bit cool to us while one was extremely helpful and warm. Would be nice if the warmth was contagious.

Our room was delightful. We were in a separate building and had a private patio with trees and greenery. It was very quiet and relaxing. Breakfast was a buffet and also offered hot cooked options. The staff were wonderful! Because there was no restaurant on the premises, we had to walk into town for meals.

I had a nice room with a good bed. I did like the rain shower and the soft towels. I prefer hangers that you can take out

The location was ideal for visiting St. Remy. The grounds were pretty. The rooms were very nice. We had no trouble accessing the property late at night. Parking was easy. The breakfast room wasn't very appealing so we didn't eat there.

Horrible smell coming from bathroom and shower, bad plumbing smells. Dishes were not clean. Weak WiFi. Not the responsibility of the hotel but St Remy was disappointing as well - restaurants all same and very pricey relative to quality and value, overly touristy, has lost its charm. Would choose a different base in the future.

Location. Staff. Cleanliness. Decoration. Basic facilities. Parking. Opportunity to improve: toilet leaked water. Sometimes we had to leave it dirty. The door of the bathroom did not totally close.
