Staff is great room is clean

Patricio, the night manager was extremely helpful. We are here for 2 days, and found the staff, professional and pleasant. The continental breakfast is minimal, plentiful and tasty. Plenty of well-lit parking.

Very good

Large room. Big screen TV. AC would not go lower than 70 and my thermometer showed it was actually 72 in the room. We like to sleep at 68. Bed had all flat sheets which started to come off in the middle of the night. (We get restless when sleeping if the temp is high) It was ok for a one night stay. We got a good price for the night. Staff was cordial.

For a 1970's hotel it is in very good shape. Quite area and near Chelsea Piers and NBS Sports Studios. Breakfast is available and parking is off road. Near Downtown and it's entertainment area. Reasonable rates and clean facility.

The staff member brought the desk was very nice when we checked in The people at the desk when we checked in, was very very nice. Got up to the room went to plug in my hair straightener and the bathroom plugs did not work the one next to the sink at all . The room was extremely hot. The air conditioner was on, but you could not change the setting. It would not go over 70° and it was very hot in there.. very outdated things were torn and broke and stained up. Could not get the TV to work it would turn on, but then you could not watch anything. Every single channel was unavailable. I even called down to the service deck two times asking them how to get the TV to work he would tell me just to push the input button twice. It would bring you to the main menu, but nothing was available so we were not able to watch TV at all.. The pillows were very comfortable. The windows looking out were so disgustingly dirty that it was hard to look out to see any view because the windows were that dirty and gross.. The breakfast was kind of a joke. It was coffee that tasted like muddy water and some old looking bagels and muffins..

Nice room, and the hotel has been remodeled. It's a good place to stay, has a great location, very nice staff. It's not the Ritz, but it's clean and a good place to stay. We have stayed there once or twice a year for many years.

Clean room & friendly staff

Carpet was old & musty. Room in general was barely ok. Bed was uncomfortable. Noisy traffic area & train throughway.

Great location at a perfect price

The room was cozy and clean. We enjoyed cable tv, the fridge and microwave. The mattress was too soft for us and we were uncomfortable. We loved the location as it was near everywhere we needed to go that weekend for a wedding. Overall, we would stay there again when we are in the area.
