This was one of the very few hotels that had a room available, as it was high season, and I was travelling without any fixed plan. I was very happy with the service and comfort. I don't recall anything negative.

I absolutely loved my stay at Hotel Vicko. The family running the place made the experience more enjoyable. They are very welcoming and kind. You really feel at home here. The room was very clean, has AC and a very nice view when you wake up. I loved the breakfast, it was really good! Lots of choice, local products and fruit from their garden. Also, the beach is literally 1 minute away which is amazing. The hotel is simple, not modern, so if you're looking for that, it might be an issue. But if you're looking for good service and chill atmosphere, then this is it.

We booked 3 nights first and got a room with a kingsize bed but unfortunately without a balcony. :( We tried to change but the hotel was fully booked. It was a newly renovated room (the whole building was very modern). The room was equipped with a small fridge and water-boiler and cups. This was great! Fresh toilet and shower. The beach was just across the road. The breakfast was marvelous! A good variation of different choices from different bread, egg & bacon, vegetables, cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, fresh cakes, juice, coffee / tea. We enjoyed our stay so we extended our stay for another 2 nights. :) Nice and serviceminded staff. Unfortunately there was no elevator and we were on the 2nd floor. A lot of steps. But this was the exercise of the day! :) We lacked an extra chair or other piece of furniture to hang our clothes on. We also missed a washing line in the shower to hang up wet swimwear and wet towels.

Friendly staff and great location for climbing in the national park. Also really convenient for walking down to bars/restaurants at night. Hotel felt a little tired and the on site bar and restaurant didnt really seem open at all when we were there.

Clean, bright, modern decor, comfy bed, good parking, lovely breakfast Bar and restaurant weren’t open that evening which was a shame.

Wonderful location, close to the beach and mountains. Hotel was better than what I expected. Breakfast was awesome. Free parking. Dog friendly. No blinding curtains so a lot of light came in. The person at the reception was also the person preping for room cleaning, long wait checking out made me late for my appointment and was a frustrating end to a lovely stay.
