Convenient off the highway, nice size room and easy parking. Staff was helpful and very nice.

It is an ok hotel. Rooms have been partially updated. Restaurant is great….can sit outside loverlooking the golf course…… casual menu.

Pool was on the smaller end and unfortunately, couldn’t really enjoy due to (2) groups of drunks. 1 older crowd, 1 younger whom blasted their music with no respect for others trying to use the space as well. Room was as pictured. Tub wasn’t entirely clean which was gross. Again, very old school vibe. Chips in floor, stain on toilet seat. Not enough garbage cans. Staff was overall very nice. Had an issue with Bill, front desk reservationist. Our room was paid through Expedia, he asked for a cc to keep on file for incidentals. Advised charge would be $100. Upon checking my bank statement I was charged $340 and when brought to his attention he tried to blame the earlier staff for “not marking paid through Expedia” in system and was condescending asking if I “ever stayed in a hotel” to which I responded “yes and they’ve never made a mistake like this essentially double charging me”. In any event, they reversed the charge. He offered (1) comped breakfast for the mistake and again took no responsibility. I told him attention to detail is key in customer service and hopefully another guest won’t experience a similar scenario. I will say the other staff was very great. Nice, prompt, accommodating. The breakfast buffet was mediocre. French toast sticks, donuts, bacon/sausage were horrible.

The only thing we didn't like was the barking dogs in the room next door. Other than that, everything was excellent.

What can I say about a very worn down proper and the fact that my legs are covered with bedbug bites? Won’t return.

The view around the hotel building is breathtaking!

Door to balcony was broken. I asked the staff for recommendations for food outside the hotel and they didn't even have a list of recommended restaurants. That was dissapointing.
