This was a great place to stay! Close to the free bus transit system which will take you most places you want to go. The only downside was having to pay to park at the hotel.

After having tried several other hotels in Steamboat Springs in previous years, we finally discovered the Residence Inn. Everything was just perfect and we will certainly come again!

Handicap room was long way from elevators. Bed comfort was marginal. Comfortable living room with very nice table and couch. Two large tv’s with somewhat limited stations.

Very nice, lots of space, and laundry in the property was so convenient!

The rooms were clean, the staff very attentive and friendly, breakfast was served with care and food was exquisite.

King size bed pillows were too small for the bed. The Tv would freeze when in use. Staff was not very helpful in resolving it. The couch was you sat on would lean to the right. Parking fee was not published on Expedia website

The property and rooms were filthy. Maid service was nonexistent, even asking several times. Front desk was noncommunicative and not helpful at all. She spent her time on her iPhone instead of tending to customers. The sheets were stained and towels were rough. The soap and shampoo was so watered down that it wasn’t effective. Wall sockets in bathroom didn’t work. Will not stay there again!
