- You have to pay $15 per day for parking at the hotel you’re staying at? Seems weird to not be included in the price, where else would we park? - The female bartender was rude and slow. I asked if she needed me to open the door to outside while she was holding 2 drinks and she said “no I’m going right here” with an attitude. Then they gave us our drinks out of order. And didn’t cash us out correctly, bizarre experience. Took unreasonably long for us to get 3 drinks. - They didn’t clean our room when we were out of the room for HOURS. We then asked for them to come clean at a certain time a few times and they didn’t or they came at the incorrect times. The lack of communication was apparent. - I also specifically asked for them to change my sheets and they ignored the note and did not change the sheets. Thanks for that. - Ryan at the front desk was incredibly rude because our dog was barking and said he was going to call animal control. Meanwhile it is a pet friendly hotel. When we said we will handle it, he said the police may be in our room. What were they gunna do Ryan? Handcuff our mini golden doodle? Plenty of people left their dogs in their rooms for hours, we heard babies crying and dogs barking and never said a thing, because THAT’S LIFE. People went to all day weddings and golf outings and left their dogs in the room. We did not leave our dog alone FOR FOUR HOURS that was a blatant lie. The police also took no

The entire property was immaculate.

New, very good everything!
-
Our room wasn’t ready at check in, the sheets were dirty and used by prior guests, and the pet fee is too high at $150 per stay. We really enjoyed the pool and large room, though.

For a three day trip it was a perfect place to stay. The gym was excellent. The breakfast crew was lovely. The front desk crew was not as helpful as they could have been. But overall good experience. Would stay again.

We love this place. The pools are excellent

Only there one night. Liked the kitchen studio.
-
It was beautiful
-
Enjoyed our stay

Our stay was near perfect. My only suggestion is to find a way to keep the breakfast food hot. We ate there four mornings and the food was just lukewarm each day. Beautiful property.

Also the young lady that helped us was amazing.

The property was beautiful… we decided to stay another day!
-
Hot tub was excellent. Really enjoyed it. Walking distance to a lot of stores. Made it convenient.

Great hotel… but the $15 parking was lame. I can understand if in a city but this is a dedicated lot. I feel the surprise parking fee is low rent tactic and makes it feel like Frontier airlines.

We had a great experience. Since this is a new hotel (2 months old), there are things that they are still tweaking, one of those is the kitchen capacity at breakfast, nothing terrible either. Overall a great experience and can’t wait to come back.
-
Ski lodge vibe at the entrance, lobby and bar. Rate includes breakfast, pool and gym. Plus the room has a small kitchen set up. Despite being a new hotel, the hvac unit in the room rattled.

Upon arrival, we had some hiccups with rooms and the staff were very helpful in helping accommodate us and fixing those issues. It was a lovely hotel and I would stay again!

The decor throughout the hotel is beautiful, but our favorite feature was definitely the gym. It's one of the best hotel gyms we’ve seen, with dumbbells up to 75 lbs, Pilates mats, a BOSU ball, treadmills, a Peloton bike, full kettlebell and medicine ball sets, TRX bands, battle ropes, multiple pull-up racks, and actual rubber gym flooring. If you like to work out while traveling, you'll be impressed. The rooms were spacious and thoughtfully designed, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. They also include a full-size refrigerator and a generously sized freezer, which was a huge bonus for our diet, plus our dogs. Another feature we loved was the window coverings: two sets of shades, including a blackout shade that made for an amazing night's sleep. The hotel is conveniently located close to downtown, making it easy to explore the area. We traveled with our two large dogs and had a fantastic experience. We'll absolutely stay here again!

The hotel was clean as was our room and the bedding was very comfortable. Overall it was a pleasant stay. The one gripe I have is that they charged like $14 a day to park the car. There wasn’t any mention of a parking fee on the reservation, and although it was noted on the parking placard they give you for your dashboard, I didn’t even notice it until we check out. I thought the placard was just to indicate that you were authorized to park there. There’s plenty of parking so I was shocked to see that they charged us for it.
