Hotel was new! Room was very nice, but the stool in bathroom did not work and the staff had know where to move us. Rooms telephone did not work to reach the front desk so had to take elevator to ask for maintenance to come. Maintenance does not work in the evening!! Hotel refunded our parking fee, but charged us full room rate of over $300.00 and a $20.00 surcharge….probably not going to recommend.

The hotel was brand new. No one had stayed in our room before us. The entire hotel and the staff were wonderful. Great location for us. We wish them all the best for the upcoming ski season.

Excellent hotel and service. Hot tubs need to be hotter, pool was freezing, and a bunch of little kids in their underwear running around the pool. The breakfast was good but staff was HORRIBLE at keeping it stalked with food!!! Ran out half way through and couldn't keep it full of food.
