Nice place to stay with reasonable price. But our rooms were not ready by 4:00. The attendant at the desk did a great job but did not have enough cleaning staff to prepare the rooms. We had two king size bedrooms reserved, but when we got there at 4:00, check in time is 3:00 they were not ready. We had a wedding to prepare for and they gave us a queen size bedroom. When we returned at 10:00 PM they only had king sized bedroom available along with the queen sized bedroom earlier. Very disappointed about our first stay. Not sure if we will return.

Other than them not even granting late checkout to loyal ihg members, this place is pretty immaculate so if your booking a reservation, only be concerned with lowest price bc this place can get pricey. Rooms are comfortable. Accomodating. Breakfast is flawless and welcoming and staff is top tier. However, late checkout is a super no.

Very modern, professional, and clean hotel. Very surprised at the amenities, the rooms were large and very clean. Staff was pleasant and kind. Highly recommend staying here for the price over other hotels in the area. Can't beat the outdoor patio and fire pits. Definitely worth 5 stars.

We enjoyed our stay! The hotel was immaculate & had a nice smell when entering. Staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was good; better on some days, but good overall. Pool was indoors & too cold for me! Minor recommendations would be at least one luggage rack & a makeup mirror. I would stay here again

Everything was excellent except for the front desk staff. No one was there when I tried to check out. She left a note. I found where she was and ask her can a receipt be emailed to me and she said yes but I never got the email. I called on Tuesday to ask for the receipt. The person at the desk

The staff at breakfast is the best. The only recommendation I have is to keep the pool open longer or since you need a key to get in, let guests choose when they can go!

Clerk at the front desk was very professional. While in line he encountered a rude customer, but he handled it very well. Professional and kind. Great job
