The room was not very clean. There was mold in the corner of the room. The Jacuzzi tub had a bunch of stuff come out of the Jets. You could not change the channels in the room unless you moved the dresser that was in front of the cable box. The outlets did not work in half of the room blow dryer did not work.

The room had been recently updated and did not have carpet. We appreciated having a little couch in the room as well as the fridge. Staff was attentive in that the lock was broken on our door and they fixed it immediately. Woohoo! The carpet in the hallway is in serious need of replacement! It would be improved even just being vacuumed!

It was solid for the price. Breakfast was okayish, but the room was clean, good location, and much cheaper than surrounding hotels.

Hotel is clean, it is centered along a major roadway, very convenient to restaurants, shopping. Neighborhood is safe, Rooms are clean, staff is extremely friendly. I have been staying at this hotel for a long time and I keep coming back, Rates are reasonable.

I book a jacuzzi room almost 2 month ago. The hotel was informed for my late check. When I made it to hotel they told me the jacuzzi didn’t work. Plus I’m handicap they gave me a room in second floor without elevator. And lastly, when I came into the room it was not any towel and someone pee and left it

The staff was staff was welcoming and friendly, helpful throughout my stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The location was convenient with several restaurants and shopping nearby. Overall, it was a good value, and I would stay here again.
