Kept telling me to pay again and kept harassing me for 20 buks 20 buks. Staff are very unknowledgeable and very rude

There was no room for the reservation number so I was scammed by hotels.com because American inn said they don’t do business with hotels.com

I didn’t like it, when we first got there it was super hot the ac was not on and it was like 100 degrees. The shower was dirty and the room looked like they don’t clean it good. The restroom door was broken it didn’t close. I won’t go there again.
