It was good overall... thank you very much

I will NEVER use Expedia again. They insist that the room was not cancelable. We checked out 7 days early but were still charged. I did not see that the room was not cancelable and they could not show me the documentation. I travel a lot and look for these details. A warning to make sure you do not book a room that you did not know you could get out of.

There were a lot of hidden fees and we had to pay for a deposit twice so it was very costly and as a couple experiencing homelessness currently it wasn't ideal. But the staff were extremely helpful and friendly and tried their best to help and directed us to sites with their rooms listed at a cheaper price. The room's cleansliness was neutral, there were some cockroaches is in the fridge and blankets were dirty. The shower also flooded but we made do with what was provided and were able to sleep fine.

I had a horrible stay. I was scared for my life during the late night hours. When I arrived the front desk lady only spoke Spanish and was not able to help me find my room. I had to have a person staying there help me. There were people screaming all night. It seems like people on drugs use this place to stay at. Do not stay here at all. I was up til 3 am because of all of the noise. Would love a refund.

This is a nice quiet hotel with a very friendly staff unfortunately, it’s in downtown Stockton. It sucks.

This is a well remodeled and up-to-date hotel. The only problem is that it’s in downtown Stockton. One of the worst places in all of California.

that it was very clean and the stuff was very nice! people were knocking on our door at 11:30pm and the phone was ringing very late and it was not the stuff!

The way staff treats you, they talk to you like you are beneath them. They turn your key card off on purpose and saying your phone has something to do with it I tried that I touched my phone to the car that didn't stop. They treat you like they prejudice against you because of your color.. and they look at you like you got doodle on you very disrespectful

No vending machines or ice machine. The only place to eat were the gas station across the street and the Vietnamese restaurant on the property

the room was big. we had no TV for 5 days .they tried to put us in a room that had roaches.when we asked for our money back they said they will put us in a room without roaches .then they put us in a room that stunk so bad I was sick to my stomach everytime I went to the bathroom.one of the staff members wanted to argue with us about changing rooms because we found a roach as soon as we walked in the room so the only room that I would stay in if I had no choice would be 104 every other room 204 stunk the worsed the water came out brown the shower head was very old .
