Noise from unsupervised pets

The property is inside stone mountain park so all of the park amenities are available and very close by. Walking trails, water park, climbing the mountain etc. There are two restaurants on the property, both have excellent services and food. Wonderful pool and relaxing atmosphere. We Wil return.

I don't have any complaints about our room. The beds were nice. Everything was clean. The views were amazing. I loved the trails. We enjoyed both the indoor and outdoor pools. There are also multiple pool areas with different depts. My toddler really enjoyed the smaller shallow pool. Some parts of the hotel were needing repair. Our elevator had a missing/ broken and taped over button. The chess pieces for outdoor chess were broken. The indoor hot tub was very low on water. Breakfast was subpar. The coffee shop was limited and overpriced. The restaurants were also expensive with limited hours and the food was average at best. I would have loved more food options. I heard they had a breakfast buffet at one time, and that would have been preferred even if it wasn't complementary. Needling to leave the resort for food was not my favorite part of our stay. I hated paying for parking.

The food at all the facilities was very nice. The young person at the front desk treated me like I was bothering her. Asked for a room with a tub. The individual did not know which rooms had tubs and which ones did not. When I asked for a manager, she indicated that they could not help me either. There was no room service, and there was no spa, which was advertised. The internet was unusable, and I was not able to access Netflix or YouTube.

My room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast and dinner were delicious, and the staff was very friendly. And registration staff was very friendly and helpful. I wished that I had a microwave in my room to heat up my leftovers from the restaurant.

It was very comfortable. They also have a free lake tour! I paid for a room with a lake view but I barely could see the lake because of trees blocking view.

There was an unexpected resort fee charged to us since we had used a 3rd party to book the rooms, which would have been nice to know before hand.

Great location in the park, very peaceful. Good pool area. The bed and shower were very good. The property looked like it was in the slow process of being renovated, it could be fantastic if completed. Having been to Stone Mountain previously it felt like the whole place needs a bit of love, I believe it has new owners so hopefully help is on the way.
