Our room had nicks and hole in bathroom wall, a hole in main door where a lock had come off, and drawing on painted walls. The elevator door was not very clean, consequently we did not feel comfortable eating in their breakfast room. This was also the only hotel we had reserved through Travelocity that said they could not give us a printed receipt because the only one they could print would show the details of what Travelocity makes on these reservations. We were very disappointed that this was advertised as a Comfort Inn hotel, normally with very high standards, but obviously not maintaining them. There was a sign in the lobby saying they had a contract with Choice Hotels to run it. I do not mean to sound prejudiced, but any badly run hotel we have been to - not many - has been run by members of this same cultural group. It should be inspected more often than others, to ensure they are keeping the standards CHOICE hotels supposedly supports. A partial refund from CHOICE would be nice. We are little leery of them at this point.

We end up canceling the stay because the rooms we booked apparently had some leaks from above from a few days ago. The carpet were still wet, they were running a small dehumidifier to help with the problem but, it was awful. Smells owful and moldy. It was so bad you can't even put a second step in to the room. The receptionist who showed us the room was very helpful and acknowledged that there is no way we were going to stay in those rooms. We immediately called Hotels.com notified them the situation so that they will not charge the hotel any fees. The respone from Hotels.com was also great. We booked another through Hotels.com and stayed there.

We are being gracious with the one star. When we arrived, the original room wasn't even cleaned. I went back downstairs and asked for a different room. If it wasn't so late in the evening, I would have canceled the entire reservation and found another place to lodge. Also the indoor pool wasn't working. I will never rent here again!

The room door did not close and opened without a key. The shower water was running and the pool is out of order! Has been for over a year

Beds False advertisement. Pool was closed witch was the reason we stayed so grand children could swim. Breakfast was slim
